Check in was fine. Your told the prices once you are well settled to get your services needed. I had to pay over $200 plus for a cleaning and xray. I thought maybe a payment plan was available being that i didnt expect to pay that much for cleaning and exams. I wish i told this over the phone the cost and no payment plans was available or up front when i checked in. When it was time to check out Denise was very aggressive about taking a payment. I originally told her to charge my card 120 dollars but than realized i only had 80 to pay. I told her to charge my card 80 dollars She said "nope" and charged my card $120. Since when you can tell someone "nope" and charge what u want on someone card then tell me the rest of my payment is going to collections tomorrow. This place is a money grab and i will not be coming back here. Denise need some customer service training
I had a broken tooth and am scared of the dentist. I went here and I felt at home. The process was easy and the dentist was great. Didn't feel a thing. Thank you!
The staff was very friendly and all were in a great mood. The Dr. explained everything in an easy to understand way. Pleasant experience at the dentist! I know, unheard of, but I left very satisfied. Highly recommend Sage Altamonte. ☆☆☆☆☆
Great service !
Everyone here has been amazing! The receptionist, the techs and the doctors are all caring, professional and knowledgeable!
Everyone, I mean everyone of the staff was so nice and pleasant.
Friendly at the desk but as soon as I walked through the doors i felt like i was at a car dealership rather than a dentist. I know i needed a good amount of work but Christine Monir gave a laundry list of extras and the proceeded to ask if I’d ever considered braces? She also wanted to extract my 2 Wisdom teeth that never showed right next to the molars I’m having extracted. It’s clear this place has enough clientele that they don’t need to care about you or your needs. They are just part of the soulless money machine that was created post covid. My mother also went here and found out she was over charged for many things and they added services she didn’t need. Will be going elsewhere and having a friend investigate the practices here.
I went here quite a while ago after transferring from another location because my hygienist started booking out too far so I needed someone with a more flexible schedule. On my first and only visit they told me I needed a $400+ cleaning for gingivitis that my insurance wouldn’t cover plus a filling. I was shocked. I have immaculate oral hygiene care and am religiously regular with my cleanings. They then refused me as a patient unless I accepted the $400 cleaning, her exact words were “I will not proceed with just a basic cleaning for you” and when I asked what I was supposed to do then she just shrugged. I took the entire plan of care to another dentist and he told me to report this place to the news because I had zero signs of cavity anywhere and my mouth was very healthy. I even went as far as asking for a referral to a periodontist to get a second opinion on their gingivitis diagnosis and Sage, of course, refused the referral. I was able to get in to the periodontist anyways and he also took a look at the plan of care and told me never to step foot in a Sage building again because I had perfect gum health and they would’ve ruined my mouth with unnecessary treatments. Also, when I got a copy of the X-rays they took here, my new dentist couldn’t even read them well because they were done so poorly. I’m an X-ray tech myself and I even questioned them when I saw them. Do not be a victim like I almost was and stay away from here
I went to Sage Dental in Altamonte Springs as new client. I had done screening and cancer test. I paid my copay. I was told that I need it deep cleaning, filling with mouth guard, and surgery to my molars. I was in SHOCK, as I don't feel any tooth pain. That was only a routine check. I was told by the dentist staff to check with my insurance to have the ok to start the procedures. I called my insurance and told me that they won't cover all these procedures and my out of pockets will be in hundreds or thousands of dollars. READ THIS : I called back Sage Dental and left 4 messages for the past 10 days. Nobody EVER picked up the phone or call back. I don't know what to do, as I beg them to call me back to clarify. NOBODY EVER CALLED ME BACK. it's been 10 days. I asked around friends and colleagues, and I was told that they are scammers, and not to go back to that place. Costumer service doesn't exist as they don't call you or return messages....ever.
Like the office and staff but the music they play in the office is very off putting. They really shouldn't be playing rap music in the office. It may be what office staff likes but you are dealing with the public and a wide range of ages that really can't tolerate the noise. Plus it is the holidays.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
