I am deeply disappointed with the recent changes that have taken place at the dental office I once loved. Ever since they switched over to Sage Dental, everything has changed for the worse. One of the most frustrating aspects of this transition is the sudden increase in prices. I was shocked to find out that I am now being charged $110 for the machine used to clean my teeth. This is something that was always covered by my insurance in the past, and I have never had to pay for it before. It feels like a blatant money grab, and it's incredibly disheartening. To make matters worse, I have been receiving texts from the office stating that I have a balance, even though I know for a fact that I don't. One of the few positives I had found at this dental office was the fact that I finally found a black hygienist. Representation matters, and it was refreshing to see someone who looked like me in a professional setting. However, with all the negative changes that have taken place, even that small glimmer of positivity has been overshadowed. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the changes that have occurred at this dental office since they switched over to Sage Dental. The unexpected price increase, the faulty billing system, and the loss of a black hygienist have all contributed to my decision to find a new dental provider.

Used to be a good office. Walking away from our second bad experience. This one: my daughter has been going to this office since she was little - first office, only office - just came in for her cleaning, and the front office lady took one look at her and said they don’t take kids, said they didn’t even have her on the schedule, I showed her my phone with the text appt reminder showing this appointment… Is their system so bad it doesn’t look at peoples ages and take care of this ahead of time? Whenever I signed up for Sage Dental earlier this year (when they switched over to Sage from Maitland Dental) they knew her age. Plus the attitude is poor there, completely different staff change and not fit the better.

Dr. Bandrous was absolutely the best. My anxiety was off the charts but her and her assistant Rhonda helped me through getting a temp crown. They walked me through every step.
