Sanjay Khubchandani's Online Review Report Card

This doctor tries to be kind to your face when he first meet you. His bedside manner seem friendly in the surgery center. However when it came to following up when there was an emergency after surgery he pushed us aside like we were nobody. I asked him event if he thought at all that this could be bacterial to start my child on a medication as she continues to throw up and can't keep food down he did not care he told me to watch her diet and that's it. He wanted me to schedule an appointment to come in and see him when we just had a phone conversation how about worry about my child and not the money you're not receiving. Then when I try to call him back later in the night to let him know that she was still throwing up and throwing up a little blood he sent me to voicemail and refuse to answer my calls.👎 At this point I will not choose him as a doctor I would definitely take my kids to Lake Nona and I wish I did that in the first place. I had him in the past and he was very helpful but this time looking at his reviews in my experience I think it's pretty accurate.

Office staff is horrible at communicating with patients. My son had a procedure and I haven’t been able to get into contact with his office at all. I left a voicemail last Tuesday about my son’s appointment today and no one has returned my call. I called through out the week and when I called again today, it says the voicemail is full. I think a prescription was put in for my child after the procedure, but I can’t even verify what it is or if this is the office that sent it. You’re doing procedures on children. The least the staff could do is check the voicemail. This also doesn’t include the fact that the staff never communicated with me about his procedure being scheduled and I had to find out from the hospital only a few days ahead that the staff scheduled the appointment first thing in the morning knowing I live an hour away and have an autistic 4-year old. What started as a great experience has turned into a nightmare.

Can honestly say that Dr. Sanjay was an answered prayer. My son had been to countless Dr's and specialists for his issues for 7 years. Within a month of our first visit my son was nearly pain free and we had an action plan.Thank you Dr Sanjay for helping my little boy.

The only word for this place and the office staff is UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Firstly, they answer phone with just a hello. Like did I call a dr office or your house!?! Secondly, they act like you calling to make an appointment/ask a question is an inconvenience to them as if they're not at work!!! Dr. Khubchandani is kind dr but I cannot deal with his staff. They're a terrible reflection and he needs to clean house!!

If you want your child to feel better and not suffer with GI issues, do not go here. My daughter was seen my this man as her supposedly specialist and he overlooked and brushed my husband off when he took our child for her appt. with swollen face, feet, legs and our child was suffering from low blood and no protein in her body. He told my husband oh, it’s nothing and we are currently in the hospital with our child because it was something to us and the doctors and specialist at Arnold Palmer. Let’s just say we found our daughter a new GI specialist due to she didn’t receive the proper medical attention needed with this specialist. Our daughter has suffered for months and missed school due to the incompetence of this man. Then he charges us $20 for a doctors note to take to the school for her absences. If he would have cared enough to get our child on the proper medication and not waste our time, the school wouldn’t need a doctors note. *DO NOT RECOMMEND *

I went for a follow today at the Kissimmee office after years without seeing the Doctor .. I drove an hour just to see him because he’s great. I appreciate how he takes the time to listen to all my concerns regarding my daughter’s health. He is very good at explaining everything and makes a great treatment plan. The nurse I believe her name is ( Nyeli ) i can see she is very good with the kids and parents .. I can see she cares for her patients .. Great team :)

The Dr. needs a better team! The red hair girl seems lazy and always having personal conversations on her phone. Not very attentive to the patient and she’s very loud. Every time I call the main office I’m always place on hold for more than 30 minutes this office is ridiculous I’m never coming back

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Sanjay he is a professional and very knowledgeable Dr.He has cared for my son through the years.He also has a great bedside manner.He is really caring and listens when it comes to his patients.

Doctor Sanjay always take the time to listen. Also explain in detail about systems. Always come up with the best treatment plans. Very friendly Doctor, even my son loves him.

Problem after problem this week. Starting on Monday, we were told to try a different formula.l, a 45/can formula and if it worked just let them know and they would fax wic the script to change it. So we tried that Monday and Paola and Maria were both extremely rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate to the situation. Both calls I asked to speak to the ma or dr or nurse and my request was blatantly denied. Called back Tues from a private number and finally got to speak to Jennifer the ma who was much more understanding and helpful, got me an apt the next day. So here we are sitting outside the office that the website says opens at 8 but apparently doesn't open until 830 in the 45° weather. When I called I was addressed rudely again as if it's MY fault I drive over an hour from deleon springs to altamonte and i4 wasn't as bad as it could have been. When the girl DID arrive to work and saw my baby and I sitiing in the cold, she walked in and LOCKED the door behind her rolling her eyes. Unbelievable. The ONLY reason I stay with him is bc the dr is absolutely AMAZING to my 3mnth old son who loves him. If you can tolerate the rude staff he has, he's worth it.
