Dr. Reddy had HORRIBLE bedside manner. He consistently interrupted and and talked over my when I tried to ask questions. He was completely dismissive over everything I said and how I’m feeling. I waited 2 months for my appointment for him to not listen to me at all. He ordered tests including an endoscopy which he told his scheduler to schedule another 3 months out and allow me to continue feeling sick, missing work/school because he refuses to schedule me sooner. Everyone in the Lake Mary office was completely dismissive. This is NOT how you treat patients. We are PEOPLE. Unbelievable.

My mother saw Dr. Ready for the first time and he utterly disrespected her and disregarded her situation since she was leaving to Europe. He stuck his hand up in her face to cut her off and said "I'm not done talking" and continued to rant on how he doesn't need to look at my mothers imaging of her abdominal area because " what's the point, you're leaving, it doesn't matter". Absolutely unnecessary and lacks any type of compassion. This is the problem with healthcare, providers like this who have a complex and has to be the "end all be all" in situations like this. Never again, her future digestive care will be with Orlando Health

My colonoscopy today was a remarkably easy & pleasant experience. The entire staff, from the Receptionist, to all the Nurses & Anesthesiologist were truly professional & friendly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Reddy, who explained the process in a friendly, professional and thorough manner. Honestly, an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend the Palm Endoscopy Center and Dr. Reddy.

Very humble and friendly doctor. Explains well with confidence., I visited both the offices located in Oviedo and Maitland. Right from the reception, to all the nurses, doctors assistance, the doctor himself, the wheelchair person and everyone else was was so friendly and helpful. They have a lot of patience and respect for the patients. Thank you all for a great job. Highly recommend it.
