Always a great experience here. Office staff are friendly. Ask for Edward as your hygienist, he makes you feel right at home and takes pride in his work! Grateful to have found such a great dental office.

My experience at Town Care Dental has been nothing but great. I’ve been there twice and had the best care. Thank you Edward for a wonderful cleaning! I was afraid to go in but you made it super comfortable and my teeth feel great! Thank you so much!

As someone terrified of going to the dentist, I must say Towncare Dental of Altamonte is the best location I've visited in years. Not only are the receptionists absolutely amazing in securing appointments for me and following up with my insurance, both Jen the dental assistant and Edward, the dental hygienist are an awesome team. They alleviated my anxiety and ensured a solid game plan for my dental needs. I'm super grateful I found this location and will be recommending to everyone I come across!

Clean, spacious facility. I was pleased to see that the staff were all wearing masks and social distancing. Edward did a great job on my cleaning. He was very thorough but also got me in and out of the office quickly. I will definitely be coming back.

Terrible experience! If you have insurance they will absolutely recommend higher level procedures to get more money. What the dentist told me in the room did not match what was recommended or the diagnosis in my chart. When I expressed concern about it, no one bothered to explain it to me. Instead they were just rude and repeatedly told me, "That's what's in the chart" and "I'm sure she explained it to you." She didn't or I wouldn't have been asking. When I expressed that I could not pay for the higher level procedure, they tried to bully me into it by saying that the dentist would lose her license and then told me I might as well just go home and brush my teeth before walking me out. They were rude, never offered me Care Credit (which they do have), and refused to provide the dentist's license number when requested. Definitely would not recommend this office, especially if you have insurance. I saw Dr. Jomar Diaz specifically, but given the rudeness of the staff I would not recommend this place regardless of which dentist you see.

The whole staff is very friendly and attentive. Edward is fantastic, very careful and caring and makes the not so pleasant dentists visits much better.

As many of the other comments mention, Edward is the man! Gets you in and out but also makes sure to get the job done correctly. He loves to engage with you and is overall fantastic. Towncare dental in general is great and they are so flexible and adjust to your schedule. Really appreciate everyone working there!
