The office is outdated and the paperwork is redundant, and there is no equipment/accommodations for handicap people, I'll elaborate below. The staff is awesome though including the doctors they just need to update some things.Office - The office is small and chairs are everywhere to where a person in a wheelchair cannot be situated in the waiting room. Again this is a foot and ankle clinic meaning people with injuries that barely walk are coming to this office.Paperwork - The paperwork is outdated and was last created in 2015. The questions are asked multiple times on different pages and even on the same, for example I was asked to write my social security number twice on the same page, and even asked to print my name multiple times on the same page. Then I had to write my insurance down on different pages. This a problem because everything should be electronic so they are transcribing to a computer supposedly.Equipment/Accommodations - All the doors have to be opened manually, again handicap people who can barely walk are going through doors. Also the doors close behind you with force so of you're slow going through a door prepare to have it hit you in your back.This is all before I see the doctor, so I'm sure the staff is okay just everything around them is not.

Great care and customer service. You will be treated like family and Dr. Durham will always make you feel like you matter and provide you with excellent care. Every member of the staff is awesome! Thank You:-)

Very professional, Did a complete job, Work approved by Dr. Durham. Minimal wait time. In and out very quickly. Have been there many times and will continue to return for future work.

Very pleased with my first visit. I chose Orlando Foot & Ankle Clinic because I used to take my aunt there for her regular appointments and really liked the way the staff treated her. Dr. Durham had a very good "bedside" manner. I was treated cordially and professionally by everyone.As "Ahnold" said, "I'll be back".

We love Dr Durham and his staff . They are very knowledgeable and eager to help their patients with a cheerful smile with any of our needs and concerns . We have been going to the Longwood/ Altamonte Office for a while now and have always had an awesome experience and all of our needs and concerns met and answered . Very professional atmosphere and loving staff . I give them 10 stars and highly recommend Dr Durham and his staff !

Dr P. Thurston and the staff work efficiently and with a pleasant demeanor. I find that because I am a health professional myself, I have higher expectations for service and Dr. Thurston, Cathy, Patrick and Tammy stand out as working to consistently provide high quality service. I have had a smooth, pre-op, and post op experience, as well as clear short term disability processing that hinged on the office communicating with my benefits provider.
