I am extremely disappointed in Advent Health. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Ramnarine for months and just days before my appt, I received a voicemail stating that there is a scheduling conflict and to please call back. I called back and and spoke with a scheduling agent who informed me they would call me. It has now been two days later and I have not received a call. I checked my Advent Health App and it showed no upcoming appointments. I called the office yet again and this time the scheduling person was severely lacking customer service and informed me that the office closed early and the next appointment she has is in September. This is completely unacceptable. I have been waiting months! Now I have to wait until September? Is it normal practice to cancel a patients appointment without explanation or without talking to them in person? Completely unprofessional. I will be asking my primary for a new referral.

My husband and I recently went through a very traumatic miscarriage and unfortunately during this time, our regular doctor was on vacation. Dr. Ramnarine stepped in immediately and treated us with the upmost respect and tenderness in this situation. She made us extremely comfortable from the beginning in such a horrible time in our lives. She was so gentle from the beginning until end and I can't reccomend her enough for anyone who wants a caring doctor. Thank you Dr. Ramnarine The Fishers ❤

Went in to see Dr. Ramnarine for a basic woman's health check up/pap smear in Aug 2021. 2 tests were sent in, wasn't notified of what was ordered. One test totally unnecessary. Office staff says they always order it, even for no reason. IMO, pts should be told what is being ordered. All paperwork was filled out beforehand as requested.
