I implore people not to use this imaging center. In 2019 I had an accident that messed up my back real bad in their mri machine upon following their instructions.After 30 plus therapy sessions, epidural shots , appointments and even back surgery they refuse to pay any of my medical bills or respond for their negligence. Not even an I'm sorry or a call back the next day to see what they've done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone , if you love your familly take them elsewhere . This place is not safe

I have a few health concerns so my doctors are always sending me for imaging. This was the only office with an opening in January for the CT/MRI. They were great. when I was there. It was clean and they were very professional. The wait was not long at all.  I realized my Dr. never  gave me the results but I know the Dr got them quickly because two days after the scan, The Drs office called to say they would schedule another in June.  So I called for results and at first they could not give me the results because the phone number was wrong in file. The staff looked up the original paperwork I had filled out and was able to verify my identity. She did not have to go out of her way to do this but she did. I am sorry now that I forgot to get her name so I could contact her superiors and reward her efforts.  on another note, I notice a bunch of bad reviews. I just want to remind everyone that unhappy customers are 10 times more likely to leave a review than happy customers.  COME ON HAPPY CUSTOMERS! Do your share of reviews!

They failed to tell me I needed a copy of the disc for imaging. I went to my appointment with my doctor and they rescheduled me because I did not have the disc. The person at the counter failed to tell me I would need it and said it was my responsibility to ask for it. They should have a sign letting you know to ask for it, or it should be part of their responsibility to tell you that you nEed it for the doctor.

Look at the low reviews! There not lying this place in Altamonte Springs is the worst customer service trying to schedule an appointment the person on the phone has no sense of professionalism and with attitudes you would not believe! I have asked to speak to managers to report this type of behavior go elsewhere

Pam in the back was fantastic and Kyra was just as fantastic up at the front. Could not have went better and made me feel so at ease with everything. Kyra joked a little with me which I love and Pam was just real easy going as well. Love this place except for having to be there in the first place.

Came here for ultra sound and th. The actual technicians who do ct scans and ultra sound are really nice. So if you re going and think you ll have a great costumer service you won't, but you will get the job done! Now I will wait until I get my bill before editing and finishing my review. I paid in full while getting US because I haven't met my insurance deductible and the people who are responsible for the billing did a poor job explaining things to me. Basically the us cost was $150 for self without insurance. I had insurance but usually don't go to the doctor so haven't met deductible so they made me pay for my 2 ultra sound $300 even that I have insurance and then said I might be billed more??! How would this work? If without insurance it's $150 and I they charge me exactly how much it costs if I didn't have insurance, how can they bill me more?? Usually there is a contracted rate with insurance and all medical facilities and they can't charge me above it. And contracted rate is usually LESS than the price without insurance! Bunch of BS I was there for hours trying to sort this out and speak to some one who can explain why can't they just bill me? No one is qualified! Go figure! I read reviews and I still went but it's my fault. Never again! And once I get my bill I'm sure they will hear from me again!

The staff at this place is horrible! They're rude and unprofessional! I won't be going back there! The woman who did my CT couldn't get the IV in for the contrast and she got mad at me. When I told her I don't want the contrast she called my doctor who said it was ok. She acted like a pouty child!

I will never use this facility again.  I went in for a simple x-ray of my right knee.  I got there at 9:30 and was not seen until 11:am.  They stated they only had one tech doing x-rays and scans.  After I was brought in for my x-ray at 11 am it only took five minutes.  Really????  This is horrible.  There was another lady there very upset as well.  I will make sure to tell my primary doctor not to send any of her patients to this place.

This place hired thieves! I had an ultrasound scheduled and had to drink a lot of water. So I brought my Yeti cup. I left it at the center (that was my fault) but when I returned my cup was not there. So someone took it and I hold they enjoy it.

I will never go back there.  told me I needed a redo at no charge and then used a diagnostic code that cost me almost $300 for it and said I was wrong and they never said that.  Don't believe them.  There are better imaging center that are honest
