Dr Salinas saw me for only minute . After having two insurances they still charge me to pay out of pocket because as they said they charge extra as a first time patient . I wasn’t told that when I made an appointment and provided insurance info month before appt . Didn’t like the way they try to take money from patient .

They gave me wrong information on the phone and proceeded to triple the pay they told me the surgery would cost. I tried to do partial payment, but they tried to reschedule me for the 3rd time. Do not recommend!!

Dr. Plank performed a procedure for me 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the both the process and outcome. I went into my consultation having done my homework - on both the practice and procedure - so my comfort level may have been somewhat more at ease than others who require more direct support.Overall, I feel that my procedure was skillfully performed, as the recovery has been very smooth and the results to date are wonderful. I find the office staff to be very friendly and helpful.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. I went to see Dra. Salinas and she spoke with me for only 5 minutes or less.. She had an student with her, didnt even introduced him (he was worst than her didn't even talk). I said hi to him and didn't even acknowledge my hello. The Doctor Didn't provide me with instructions for my prescription, told me that some online pharmacy was going to contact me and walked away to the next patience. I called the office to complaint and for two days in a row the office Manager (Jennifer) was supposed to call me to find out what happened and never called. Now I understand why the Dr. Is the way it is. Horrible place, already submitted a claim to my insurance. Doctors like this should not have a licensed to practice medicine.

After some research and consideration, I chose to see Dr. Plank for a breast augmentation procedure.  I couldn't be happier with the quality of care received, ease of scheduling and overall outcomes.  Recovery has been extremely smooth and the staff have been attentive and friendly.

Please stay away from this office!! Unprofessional, unfriendly, disorganized and only what they care is to get money out of you. I paid $5 copay and still I got bill. When I paid this lady in cash, she even didn't give me any proof that I paid. At that moment I really didn't pay attention. When I called to billing department, they were not willing to help at all. When I walked into this office to discuss this "$5 issues", the front office lady. She didn't wanna talk to me at all. I asked for a manager, no manager. I said you even have camera system here to see that I paid. Her answer was NO. Left without any answers, respects to patient.ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OFFICE AND PEOPLE!!!
