All I wanted was another pair of glasses like the one I purchased last year. It's extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. I left 3 messages last week and no return call. Pathetic group here.

Florida Eye Clinic in College Park has NOT returned over 15 calls I have made to make an appointment with Dr. Catherine Wang ( whom I hear raving reviews about as a doctor). However, the office staff is NOT responsive and obviously does NOT care about answering the phone or returning voice messages. Therefore.....I can NOT reach the doctor.

Signs at all doors clearly state that everyone MUST wear masks “at all times inside.” Except this guy. Who works there. Lots of fun when I wear glasses. Just saying…

I went to Dr Levando in the Clermont, FL office. She was so friendly, caring and professional. I have had some eye issues recently and she really put me at ease that everything was going to be okay. I would highly recommend her.

Poor office performance I was seeing Dr. Cho here and had an appointment scheduled in the Altamonte office. Something was wrong with that space so they called me to let me know I was to go to the Michigan St. office that all of Dr. Cho's appointments were being moved there. When I showed up for my appointment (had been on the books for 2 months) I was told that no one rescheduled my appointment for that office. I tried to explain that they called me (twice) to tell me I was to show up at Michigan St. for the same time and date appointment. The receptionist just shrugged and said "you're not on the schedule, you'll need to make another appointment. Dr. Wang and the staff at Florida Eye Clinic were all outstanding! I had to have cataract surgery and had a wonderful experience with them from beginning to end. Dr. Wang is one of the most considerate and patient doctors I have ever interacted with. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and warm. She takes time to answer questions and make sure that you understand everything and are comfortable. I work in the medical field and can attest to her being an exceptional doctor and surgeon. Dr Catherine Wang is the best. Dr Wang is so dedicated to her staff. She is patient, kind and takes the time to explain everything so that the patient can understand the process. Iwould recommended her to any one who needs Cataract or astigmatism operation. Very pleased with having mine done. Thanks again to the Dr and staff.

Dr Steedle needs to be put out to pasture. He is rude and condescending to his patients. Most who are elderly and frail. He talks to fast and gets upset when you ask him to repeat himself. Definitely no bed side manner with him.
