Never have had to wait more than 10 minutes. Most compassionate primary care physician I have ever encountered. Really listens and never rushes. Keeps and refers to his notes and my file. Does not talk into a recording devise in my presence. Incredible skilled physician. I have complicated issues but he always figures out right treatment.

I am 68 years old and have seen numerous internists over the years. Dr, Llarena is BY FAR the very best I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, caring and his staff is very professional and efficient. They go the extra mile to ensure you get the very best treatment at the best cost. You honestly can't ask for any more. I am extremely grateful for the services Dr Llarena has provided to handle an array of medical challenges in a superior way.

I do not recommend this doctor for hypothyroid or any other conditions because he appeared self absorbed and uncaring when I went to him.

Dr. Alex Llarena is the doctor I needed due to the complexity of my diseases. He takes the time with you and makes sure all your questions and concerns are taken care of. He is very easy to talk to. He also knew about a rare neurological/vascular blood disease I have. That shows he stays up to date on medical knowledge. His nurse and staff are great too!

Dr. Llarena is one of the best doctors I've seen. There is always just 1 or 2 other people in the waiting room and you are seen within 15 minutes, I've never had to wait a long time to see him. He is very patient, understanding, and kind and will give and explain options that you have and gives you the pro's and con's and you can decide if you want to go down that road, he doesn't force you to take pills or to do anything you may not feel comfortable doing. I highly recommend.
