I responded to the ER with a serious medical condition. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to correct the problem, she told me that they could not help me. She told me that I needed to go to Jacksonville for assistance, she stated that they would call an ambulance for me, or I could drive myself. I told her that I could drive there much faster than an ambulance could, and told her that is what I would do. Then she lists in my medical record that I left before treatment could be completed.
