I absolutely adore Dr, West he’s amazing but I’ve found his staff very rude at times, a lot of attitude and not very helpful. It’s sad to see because he’s such a great doctor.

Listens, explains and is very through! Kind, considerate and compassionate. Best doctor I’ve seen in a long time! Thank you Dr. West.

Could not ask for best Doctors or front office staff for my Four kiddos. We are always seen promptly at our visits, are always welcomed and always heard. My children are chronically sick it’s the worst thing to have to deal with and the office staff is so patient, kind and understanding they have ALWAYS gotten us in the same day never given me attitude and always treat my children with compassion. My children are never frightened to see the doctors they know them by name and look forward to each visit even when they are sick and miserable Dr.West can always make them laugh. Jonah, Julie and Taylor always listen and always make sure to ask the kiddos on the way out if they would like a lollipop it helps make the kids themselves more comfortable and not afraid to return to the doctors office. They feel welcome, wanted and safe in this office with these people. All around a 5 star review does not due justice for this incredible office and ALL of its staff. My children and I are incredibly lucky to have found this office and I will continue to bring them in until they are no longer of age to be seen!

I've been bringing my kids here since 2015 and I have never had a bad experience. They have always been really good about answering phone calls right away, being helpful and getting us appointments when we need them! Thank you guys!

I used to use this Doctors office back in 2018 but moved away. After returning and have made two appointments in n 2021. First appointment got canceled due to a horrible storm and I can't drive during. The second both of my babies were sick and was advised to keep home. The front desk guy I personally do not like as I find him horribly rude and condescending. Literally due to him, I have gone elsewhere. I've taken my fiancee and his son to this Doctor, the nurses were nice but front desk staff need a personality check. Y'all are the last people clients see and speak to. Why would people return if it's not a good experience.

For over 14 years Dr. West and his staff have cared for our children. They are caring, committed professionals who do a tremendous job.

Dr. West and his assistants have been taking care of my children for the past 10 years. They are all very caring and very knowledgeable. I appreciate them so much. Highly recommend this practice. Banu Schram

We wanted to love this practice — close to home, came well recommended, and generally it’s been a decent enough experience. Not outstanding in any way, but not bad. Unfortunately, our infant son was given an unnecessary COVID-19 test and suffered from a nosebleed for about week. About 2 months later we came back for shots, etc. and mentioned he had a slight sniffle (he’s a 1 year old who attends daycare) and they immediately wanted to do yet another COVID test for a child that did not present any symptoms and had not been in contact with anyone who may have been positive. We left and requested that the doctor call us. He did not. We called and asked the receptionist if she could have the doctor call us and we were told there was “no guarantee” he’d call back. So… if want your infant to be subjected to painful and unnecessary COVID-19 tests, a doctor that doesn’t care enough about his patients to call back, and an office staff that does not care — then definitely come here. If not — stay away.

Dr West, Raeann, Amelia, and the rest of the staff are all amazing! Dr. West has given my boys the best care since the day they were born. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to their medical care.
