My husband's and my experience with Dr. Featherston was horrendous. She was rude, unprofessional, and lied about why I refused to let my husband continue with her. Run for your life away from this charlatan.

My husband, Christopher Snyder, was briefly a patient of Dr. Catherine Featherston. I terminated him from her practice as I found her to be the rudest, most unprofessional physician I've met in my 72 years. On top of that, she blatantly Lied and said that she terminated my husband from her practice because she refused to give him opioids. This gives you an idea of her truthfulness. Not Recommended. Run for your life.

Dr. Cathrine is the most caring and kind Doctor. I like the secure feeling of not having to wonder if your Doctor is doing the right things for you! Because Dr. Catherine always gets it right. She listens carefully, ask questions, and takes the time to explain things to you. She is very intelligent yet will freely explain things to you in a simpler term if needed for better understanding. She is a wonderful Doctor and rare to come by in a fast paced healthcare system we live in today. I highly recommend Dr. Catherine. Clean Office and Great Staff.

Love the Doctor, reason for 4 stars. Reason for minus one star....one of the office staff not so much. She does NOT show empathy when patients and family are going through crisis. Still to this day no follow up even though this girl stated message would be passed on to the doctor. So disheartening if we cannot depend on care given by doctor to follow through to the office staff to care and show any kind of empathy. Hopefully she was having a FEW bad days is the reason for her nonchalant I don't care attitude.

An exceptional Doctor who cares about her patients and is totally involved in their care. A great office that feels like a second home. Wonderful front office staff that is very competent and humorous. We would never go to another practice after finding this office!
