Fell off the ladder & fx my wrist. Had surgery & pt doing great. I often forget which wrist was repaired. Great person & orthopod. I’m so upset he’s gone! Nobody knows where or why! I need his skill again & have no orthopedic surgeon to turn to.

I had evasive carpal tunnel surgery in both hands, I was informed by Dr Taramina the right one wasn't bad but he said do it while my deductible will be met. I was apprehensive about it but did it. I was out of work for several months due to CPS in my left hand and had to go to PT , which was fine until I couldn't afford it anymore. And work was not happy with the outcome of his suggestion to go back as I showed them my hands. They said go back and tell him NOWAY ! Well left one healed pretty good it took awhile. Then the right one which didn't 'need' to be done at this time if ever has been nothing but electric shocks and pain and stiffness and swollen every day ! Oh top of this his personal nurse didn't send in my papers and I almost lost my short term disability, which was all the money I had ! I spent more time going over there then should have. Never again !!!!! And my first surgery ever !

Dr. T was a saving grace after my daughters accident she was on moths of bed rest and w/o him wouldn't be walking today! Thank you Dr.Taormina .

I was referred to Dr. Taormina as an 84 year old man with a badly broken (i.e. crushed !) wrist. The referring doctors made clear that it would require a VERY skilled surgeon to “fix” it. That does indeed properly describe Dr. Taormina. I know from speaking with other doctors that it was challenging even for such a superior surgeon - external fixator, metal, weak bones, etc. But now my wrist has healed and I am regaining use of it. Dr.Taormina gets an A+ for every aspect of his care: surgical skill, genuine personal interest in me as a patient, empathy, and ability to calm a worried patient and relatives.

Dr. Taormina performed surgery after a terrible dog bite that left me with a broken bone on my left hand. He performed two surgeries, one to clean the wound and accomplish procedure necessary to eliminate and prevent infection, and a second three days later to set the bone and install supporting structure(s) to promote healing. Dr. Taormina visited me in the hospital daily during the six days I was there to make sure I was comfortable with both the process and the procedure. Thanks to Dr. Taormina I have full and complete use of my hand and the entire procedure and post op was almost painless. I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires Orthopedic Surgery or consultation.

Dr. Taormina is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. I suffered from thumb pain for months. After using injections for awhile Dr Taormina suggested several surgical options that supported my life style. After surgery and rehab, my hands are as good as new. I highly recommend Dr. Taormina for his skills, knowledge and personality.

Dr Taormina performed replacement knee surgery on my right knee in February 2021 and on my left knee in May 2021. The surgery and the therapy following surgery was not pleasant however the results were great. Dr Taormina thoroughly explained the procedure and following surgery checked often to insure my new knees were good. I recently had my two year checkup and I have no pain, good range of movement and do not restrict my mobility. Dr Taormina and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Taormina has possibly the best bed-side manner I’ve ever encountered. He is most importantly, very technically sound and very forward thinking about treatment options, but it’s his patient interaction that really sets him apart. Highly recommend.

Surgery for shattered patella all went well and at 85, dad is golfing again!
