E. William Mcgrath's Online Review Report Card

My primary care doctor referred me here after an abnormal pap smear. After waiting more than a month, I called to find out when I could expect to hear something. I was told they had to locate the referral. I was put on hold, and then told it was located, it was sent to them a month earlier, they just hadn't gotten to it. BUT! Before they could schedule an appointment with me, the doctor had to review my chart to see if he wanted me as a patient. After hanging up, I thought about the incompetence in the call I just hung up from, and decided no thank you. So I called back, and surprise! Doctor has reviewed my chart in the last 3 minutes and guess what? He will take me as a patient. Ummmm no. I will put myself in more capable, caring hands. Thank you kindly. I told them to tear up that referral and throw it in the trash, I will never step foot in their office. And honestly, I hope whoever has the job of handling the referrals in their office got written up for not doing their job.

Absolutely love Dr.Mcgrath ! He truly cares about your health and well being and will be honest with you. Diagnosed me with pcos that 4 prior obgyns have missed. He has been nothing but kind and informative through the whole process ! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a obgyn that cares! Wish I can rate 10,000 stars !

Still waiting! I'm surprised that I didn't receive an appointment confirmation call and when I showed up 15 min early and waited an hour to ask what's up I was told my appointment was an hour later so someone messed up! My time is valuable and this delay in my day could've been avoided by a confirmation call. I can't comment on the providers since I'm still sitting in the waiting room.

Great doctor! Great staff! Great hospital! What more could a lady want? Very happy patient.

Dr. McGrath is a straight shooting surgical genius. We met under very sudden circumstances, during which he was informative, reassuring, realistic and honest. I am lucky to have met him and will always remember the day that he saved my life!

I would recommend him to any woman having a baby and i wouldn't want any other doctor to deliver and carefor me and my ubborn child

Arrived for appointment on time with my daughter. 9:15 am. It's now 10:35 and we still have not been seen. I have a huge issue with Doctors that do this and yet if your late for your appointment get charged $ for it and have to reschedule. 7 others have been seen before us and their appointments were after hers. This is BAD practice on any level! Completely ridiculous to schedule appointments if you can not respect your patients enough to not have them wait over an hour. So we were put in a room at 10:40. I complained to the nurse that if they couldn't stick to their appointment schedule they needed to not book so many patients this was ridiculous. The nurse went above and beyond to try to appease us and apologized to us many times. Then... came the complete demise of the day... The Doctor! Dr. McGrath. The most condescending/Jack Ass of a Dr I've ever met! Dr.McGrath had the balls to come into the room and without a hello began to tell us "I understand that you're not happy with the amount of time you waited and if you'd like to leave feel free to go if you don't like the wait time! You can go down to Jacksonville and be treated like a 2nd rate citizen and wait 2 hours to be seen! I'm the only Dr that here that takes SunShine Health and I'll take care of you, but you will wait! If you were to go to a restaurant you'd wait over an hour to get good food!" I'm sorry what's he smoking? #1 I would never wait an hour for a table. #2 IF I made a reservation at a restaurant and had a set time and arrived at that time and wasn't seated even in 30min. I would leave after complaining to management and give them a Yelp review such as this! The Dr then even after knowing my daughter is 31 weeks along seemed unconcerned with her pain and told her to go home to her other 4 and do hot/cold compresses for her contractions! This Dr is absolutely ill mannered and disrespectful! I'm usually pretty patient and easy going, but he needs to be reprimanded by someone for the treatment to us and the lack of respect to his patients to make them wait 1 hour and 40 in the waiting room. 30 min in the room.

I wouldn’t even leave one star for this insensitive doctor. My mom went to him because he wouldn’t renew her med until she had a Pap smear. She was in her 80s. He let several male residents in for the procedure and didn’t ask her permission and told jokes to them during the procedure. My mom was so embarrassed and it took her a year to tell me so I sent her to another Dr in his practice and she was very kind and made my mom feel so much better.
