Al Robaina's Online Review Report Card

Doctor AL Robina is an expectional doctor. I totally disagreed with all bad comments. He his a good doctor, he listened to u and attend to u with a smile on his face. I love his clinic!

Thank God for you Dr Robania you are by far the best Dr. I have ever had for my son. My son is severely disabled and has medicade he used to see Dr Datta at the Ruskin health center. She never listened to him or me a former nurse of twenty yrs. She didn't care about his healthcare needs or him as a patient. She treated him for 2 yrs with Tylenol for his severe headache until liver became toxic and he almost died due to her misdiagnosis , he had high blood pressure. Dr Robania in Apollo Beach listens and addresses every health care need. He works to bring patients a quality of life which they deserve. I will always be so grateful that God led us to you. You are an outstanding doctor and should be highly recognized for for outstanding service and the great Dr. that you are. I highly recommend anyone needing a top notch smart doctor who really cares about his patients that you contact him. He is truly one in a million. Thankful we have you in our lives. May God continue to work though your mind, heart and hands guiding and protecting you always. Thank you😁

Se le pudiera dar 0 con mucho gusto le daba el 0. Información errónea en adición cobraron más de lo informado y ni recibo de pago nos dieron. El único método de pago es efectivo. Luego del proceso no tan siquiera las recetas médicas fueron capaces de darnos. No se dejen llevar por el precio al final terminas pagando más y por un pésimo servio al cliente.

Dr. Robaina is one of the best doctors in the SW region of Florida. He cares for his patients from a very involved perspective. Additionally, he uses the latest advances and guidelines in the field of medicine to care for his patients in the best possible way. On the contrary to many comments, the staff put time and effort into each task and complete them with truthfulness, passion, and love.

Don't waste your time going here. I don't know how Dr. Robaina is, I requested to see him and they gave me a Nurse Practitioner. I got a different Nurse Practitioner every time and never saw the Doctor. They were suppose to call in my prescription. 2 weeks later they still have not called it in. The front office is very standoffish and rude.

If I could give this clinic a 0 star review I would! The staff is no only rude but completely incompetent as well as the providers! I called in sick advising that I’ve had green mucus throughout the day no voice and a cough and asked to either be seen or sent. They informed at 8:30 am they would call in an antibiotic, we waited until 12 pm and nothing, called back at 2 pm still no prescription in. Finally around 3 pm they called it in, when I finally pick it up it is allergy medicine, I call the provider and they are no longer in the office, the answering service states they will send a stat message to the provider who never calls. Waited all day to then end up in urgent care to be treated. Absolutely the WORST provider and clinic I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend to stay away from this office!

We have been seeing Dr A Robaina since he started his practice in Apollo Beach. He is truely an excellent Doctor in many ways. He really listens to us, he cares and has a good bed size manner. Most importantly he fixes our problems for our health. He doesn't back down from hard problems, he fixes us up, educates us and teaches us how to handle our medical problems. We both are in our 70's and we are blessed to have Dr Robaina as our Doctor.

Very caring doctor spent lots of time with my son explaining everything even taking my calls after hours when I was worried so happy we found him.

The doctor is really Good but the staff is the worst and reason why I am moving my mother in law from this practice, We drive 3 hours to see him because we like him but the staff is so incompetent and they just don’t care, it took me a long time to decide to take her off the practice because she loves him but this has been to much Sorry but The staff is the worst!!!
