I was almost in tears in frustration trying to get my new insurance verified. The woman at the front desk refused to verify my insurance without me present, then could not verify my insurance when I was there. She could only tell me that it was probably covered but did not know how to verify. Very upset that I have to find a new doctor now.

Staff is mean and condescending in front of you.. At least have the decency to talk to each other about patients after they leave, just a tip..

This is a review on Dr Blazejowski. Being a first time patient i had appt with his nurse practitioner. Gave her my medication list she ordered blood tests which i had. I also gave her my medication list. My second visit had a appointment with Dr Blazejowshi went over my medications and lab work. Told him i needed several medications refilled. I get a discount for a 90 day supply however he only gave me 30! I get these medications with multiple refills before. Canceled my follow up appt because I had foot surgery. Made appointment for october 2nd. 5 days before my appointment I ran out of blood pressure medications which I desperately needed.I was told to go to emergency at hospital which is a major added expense. He could have ordered the meds 5 days before my appt!! I have several major medical conditions and require on going medication. Dr Blazejowski im my opinion could care less!! Im going to another doctor who cares about my health and well being !!
