Beware! It really depends on when you go. I went the other night in horrible pain. Dont get me wrong. The nurse was fantastic and caring. I saw Dr. Lamond. I have recently had a spinal fusion and it feels like something is very wrong. I wanted to get some xrays just to make sure. I asked multiple times and he treated me like a drug addict. I was literally there for 22 minutes where hid did a drug test, gave me 2 pain hydrocodone. Then he oked at the tender area. I cried in pain and his response was…. Honey, i barely touched you. Please dont call me honey. Then he left the room and 10 minutes and sent me home. No images. Just 2 hydrocodone, And send me home. He did say i will not give you a prescription. I never asked for one. Then he let me drive myself home

This was my first time I was very impressed with the staff.Especially the doctor who immediately addressed my problem.\nHis name was Dr. Johnson.\nI would go back there in a minute.Would recommend it to all my friends

I will never go to this hospital again. Brought my 17 year old in. One doctor on staff. He didnt have expertise in the medical services my son needed. After waiting 4 hours for test results, I was told he ordered my son to be transported to TGH. I wasnt asked....I was told. after waiting 7 hours total and still not being transported, I asked if I could accept liability and leave. I would take him to another hospital myself or go to a follow up visit. But 7 hours of waiting for something I never consented to was just too much. The doctor threatened to call protective services if I didnt comply. So we were forced to go to TGH. TGH immediately said my son was fine. But they couldn't discharge him because the doctor ordered my son to be seen by surgical. He doesnt need surgery. Arrived at HCA at 8:30pm. It is now 6:40am. Waiting at TGH to see a surgical resident so we can go home. Do yourself a favor and just go to a large hospital that has the resources available to diagnose your child. This was a waste of time, money, and just overall horrible. Zero respect for Parents. The only thing good I can say is the nurses were amazing!

I had the best experience last night at this particular Emergency room. The staff was very attentive, careful, respectful and skilled. Everything was completed from registration to discharge in a timely manner and everyone was very empathetic and pleasant. Shot out to; Saika, RN, Charlene, RN, Judy, RN Vet👌🏾👌🏾, the radiology tech, I didn't get his name and last but not least Dr. Barker, amazing bedside manner.
