List of Natassa Quinn's Reviews
This my first visit with Dr Quinn, as my primary was booked up. Dr Quinn was quite sure that I have pneumonia, and sent me for X-rays. The next morning I was able to view the report online @ the Bay Care app. Dr Quinn, NOR ANYONE ELSE bothered to call me with the results. I called the office daily, and listened To the prompts .. but was not able to reach a live body that cares! Just a message that says “If you are calling for test results, you will be notified within 2 WEEKS, by Email or mail delivery! “ Hope I’m not dying,, GOING TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT CARES!
She took time to square me up on my health, Thanks Doc Quinn!
I've been a patient for several years - went every six months and still had to reintroduce myself and state my issues every single time. She is flippant and does not follow through. Recently was waiting for Covid-19 test results that had been in days earlier. She does not care. Not a good doctor in my opinion
I have been a patient for several years - I went every six months. Every single time I had to reintroduce myself and fill her in on what I was dealing with. I guess it's too much to ask for her to care a little - hey cheat and read the chart if you have to … Last time I had blood work I wanted a telehealth appointment or maybe just a call to let me know how things went … nope. I had to speak to an office person and couldn't ask any questions. Recently was tested for Covid-19 no call, nothing …. I had to call the office and got whoever answered the phone to tell me the results. I don't want anything special - I guess wanting the person I trust with my health to care is too much to ask. I will be looking for a new doctor.
I recently had a small stoke. I was on 5 drugs listed as ototoxic that are the top ones that can cause tinnitus. I left a message the day after it started and did not get a call back for 5 days after more calls on my part. Finally a new prescription was called in for blood pressure. Then after my research, I made her aware I was on 3 other drugs that are on the list. After repeated calls I finally was able to get new prescriptions for them as well. My ears are still ringing and this started on 01-30-20. I am calling office today to say I can't take the baby aspirin any more since this has to still be causing it since it is not clearing up. It is now 02-21-20. I wrote a note last week letting her know it gets progressively worse during the day and at night which could only be from the aspirin at this point. My concerns were not addressed again. I am going to see an ENT specialist the day after she has me returning to work. She tried to say something else could have caused it but it was directly from the medications which I made my primary doctor aware of the very next day as I should have. There is no excuse for a 5 day delay for a response and why am I the one having to look all of this information up and let her know when I told her the tinnitus is still there and not clearing up? I do not recommend as she doesn't hear me. My joints ache and have bruises everywhere and my ears are ringing nonstop but I can walk and talk so I will be at work in 1 week.
Never gave me my results from a series of exams: Blood test, MRI, holter monitor, and echo. Literally over a month ago. I basically had to harass the office to even THINK about talking the results over, finally was passed to a nurse who couldn't believe how long Dr. Quinn had the results and never even bothered OPENING them, and the nurse said she wasn't well-versed in regard to the heart so she would mark for the doctor as "urgent" to talk about the tests with me. This was a week and a half ago. Dr. Quinn still hasn't called me. Absolutely awful care. Will not be returning (I went there twice).

Dr. Quinn is professional yet empathetic. She is always willing to listen and participate in your healing. She stays up to date on what’s happening in medicine and is extremely knowledgeable.
She canceled my mom's appointment and told her to go to the emergency room. They barely follow up. And if you extensive health issues they don't take it seriously. They never refill medications.
She is an amazing doctor she takes her time with you and never rushes. She always listens to what I have to say.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
