They took me very quickly. I have diverticulitis of which there is no real test for they can do there, She asked me all pertinent questions and prescribed the needed medication. I was in and out in 15 minutes

Amazing care but the waiting time is unreal. The wait time was so long that triage nurse or a PSA would come out to take patients vitals. I observed the her using the same blood pressure cuff on all the patients. You can tell she was just being lazy.

Staff was all very kind! However, I’ve been several times to this location and you are never seen in a timely manner. I had an apt scheduled & was still there for over 2 hours. Doesn’t matter if it’s a full waiting room or not, you’re going to spend a lot of time here. Would only recommend going if urgent & outside of your PCP office hours.

The nurse was wonderful but the provider was really rude, bedside manner was terrible, took my concerns and turned it into a “How dare you question me what do I know I’m just a doctor” type of response. As if a kid feeling lousy doesn’t make you already feel bad enough. I know they rotate providers there but will probably go to a different Urgent Care in the future.

I was a walk in patient and the reception process was quick and easy, I was called on for an examination within minutes and that part also when smoothly. Upon providing my care giver with background history of elevated blood pressure, she was very accommodating with devising a plan to get me the medication I needed. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking medical treatment and I go back again without hesitation. A+ service!
