I see I am not the only one who has isses with the staff in Apollo Beach. As always Paula Proch is a great doctor. Peter please address the staff issues. The Front Office ladies are a Great Team. It is the back office.

They 100% take advantage of self pay patients, avoid this office at all cost.

I'm new to the area and had to do my own research on finding a doctor to trust. MyCigna app was a little helpful to get started but it came down to who was going to make an appointment for me, ideally quickly and at least act like they care.One place was booked out for 5 months according to them, a second place acted like they were doing me a favor and had me traveling almost an hour away, others didn't even call me back.Thankfully, Brandon Area Primary called me back, had a portal for appointments and test results and got me in two days later. Very happily, everyone was nice, had a few chuckles with the staff and Sarah was absolutely the best!!!!!! She listened, did a real history and set me up with some annual testing that I'm behind on. It was well more than a new patient office visit and greatly appreciated.My only suggestion would be to get the information that you need for patient records from the portal and kill that absurd amount of paperwork in the office. :)I'm new to the area and had to do my own research on finding a doctor to trust. My husband and I feel lucky to have found this practice so close to our house after having moved here from northern Virginia. We both see Paula Prouch (PA) and love her and her team. They are personable, spend a lot of time with us at each appointment, and you just get the sense they care.

I was referred by a co-worker of mine and I am so happy I listened! This is the first time that I actually felt heard and we talked about my health from top to bottom. Paula Proch, PA-C is super thorough and I will continue to see her and the whole practice!

The doctors are great but the staff stinks. They never tell the doctors that you call. Needed to changey husband blood purse med due that it cost $325.00. nobody will call us back and they don't follow thur. They need to change their help. But the doctors are great when you can get ahold of them.

***** If you need a doctor stop right here and ask for Dr Kristen Rednour! So for serval years I have seen several different doctors/ emergency room/ urgent care for depression and anxiety! For the FIRST TIME EVER Dr. Kristen Rednour has been the first doctor to just listen, normally you tell a doctor what’s wrong they cut you off give you a script and go to the next patient! She listened to my mental breakdown and guided me in the taking the right medicine. Half a year later I’m greatly appreciated of her, her service and being a wonderful CARING doctor! I currently live in west palm now and I will be taking that very LONG drive just to see her!! Kristine Rednour is the best. She doesn't just look at lab and imaging results she looks at the person. She is patient and really listens to you. She's also prompt but if you do have to wait it's because she had to spend extra time with another patient. Don't worry though because she will take extra time with you too. I have never felt rushed out and always feel well cared for. She's the whole package - skilled, efficient and caring

I have been seeing Paula Proch , PA for the last nine years.  Paula is wonderful.  Good bedside manner .    Very attentive and listens to all my concerns.    She is very knowledgable.    I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a primary dr.
