Dr. McDonald was the only Dr. to diagnose my problem after 3 previous ER visits and admissions to FL Hosp. Altamonte. Three previous visits my problems were not identified. This lady was a life saver. I rate her 10+

Has no compassion toward others , poor bed side manners, rudeness beyond comprehension ... on the other hand the staff are kind and helpful... will never let her touch me again .... always take second opinion if she suggest anything to you.... AVOID

My good elderly friend was under Dr. Alison McDonald care and between the staff and her own doing my friend was not treated with upmost care. She wasn't exactly sure if her medication was discussed with her staff. She was given poor value meals that wasn't even fresh not edible. Finally she was feeling anxious and I'm pain during her first full day staying at Florida east andi I hope under the direction and leadership of Dr. Alisom McDonald the staff can recover from the this mistreatment possibly thru proper training and better communication with their patients.

I was sent to Dr. Alison for an IUD insertion. I was told to expect that it might be uncomfortable, but I was never led to believe that I would almost pass out on the table in pain. She was not clear on what to expect, and would have been incredibly slow with the insertion had she not had someone shadowing her that day to open the box while I was in so much pain I couldn't speak. She asked if I was okay and just carried on even though I said nothing. After, she said "oh you're one of those people that gets really pale etc." when she was talking and just carried on as if I wasn't there. I was left laying in the room after, and just got up and walked out when I could move again, very confused about what to do and drove home. I was also called about my appointment needing to be moved because they overbooked for that day even though it had been booked months in advance. I would not go back. No compassion and bad overall experience, but her staff seemed friendly, and the girl shadowing her seemed very concerned.

Dr. Salhani and her staff are great. She has a great knowledge base and a sense of humour. She is straight to the point and as a patient gave me all the facts and let me decide course of treatment. Her staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. She is a busy lady but worth the wait. A lot of the other specialist in the K-W region waiting times are all about 6-9 months. So it is worthwhile to wait for a good one.

Dr Salhani, Evelyn and Staff are wonderful, kind and helpful!! I had two procedures done - the Endo-Ablasion and Tubel Ligatin....both events went very well and I am VERY confident not only in Dr. Salhani's abilities, skill and knowledge, but she is kind and warm hearted as well.

I have had a lot of troubles with no having my period! I seen 2 make gyneo and one first for birth control pill which did not agree with me and the other told me it's ok for me not to have a period so I decided to go see doctor macdonald/salhani and she has been nothing but helpful! She helped me with getting an IUD! She keeps on top of things!! I would definely recommend her and her staff are great to! I was a Woodstock client and now I see her in Waterloo!!!

I saw Dr Macdonald in 2010/11 after a series of miscarriages. I felt she had ZERO sympathy for me whatsoever, and when I told her of yet another miscarriage, she told me it was probably just a false positive (As if I didn't know my own body, and I've never heard of a false positive). she was very cold and unemotional. for someone going through a very emotional experience, a little bed side manner would be appreciated. in the end she washed her hands of me and referred me to someone who could, and did help. so she got something right. Except, the medication the specialist prescribed to me, was the one thing I asked Dr. MacDonald about - which she quickly shot down. turns out, it was that very prescription that allowed me to finally successfully carry a baby to term.

She delivered my first daughter by fluke since the hospital I was ment to deliver was full. This was my first child and I was very disappointed with her service. She was late, impatient on how long it took for my daughter to come out and was rude. She actually stood there at te end of the bed when my daughter was stuck in the birthing cannel and tapped her feet waiting for me to push. I would not recommend her at all.

Not helpful at all to me. Waiting appointment 6 months,after it she forgot prescribe medication for procedure and I waited 3 more months for next appointment. Unprofessional at all.
