CareSpot got me in very quickly. It was less than a 15 minute wait. They were pleasant and answered all of my questions. I appreciated their attention to Covid protocols and the overall cleanliness of the facility. I received my negative Covid test results online in less than 72 hours.

I was very happy with our recent visit here! The woman at the front desk was so friendly. Every person was greeted upon entering, and even if she was helping someone else, she let them know she'd be right with them. So nice to see everyone greeted and informed, instead of ignored like other urgent cares I've been to. The assistant that took my kids' vitals was super sweet as well. The only person that wasn't especially friendly was the NP. She wasn't rude, just seemed rushed (but still polite). I'd definitely recommend this location.

Two younger women that work the front desk extremely lazy, don’t want to do their jobs, want to make people wait and wait and wait and do personal stuff instead of working. Will never return. Hope this place gets closed.

I burned myself with boiling water on my stomach so I decided to go to care spot to make sure I didn't have 3rd degree burns. When I got up to the desk she was really rude and didn't let me speak all she said was it's a 2 hour wait. I told her I burned myself and she said it didn't matter I could sit and wait the 2 hours. She was extremely rude and not caring at all. I left and went over to advent health urgent care and they were very busy but as soon as they heard I burned myself they took me right in and treated me. I will never go back to care spot again.
