Dr Rodriguez is absolutely super! And her assistant Julio is excellent too! And the rest of the staff there that I have met are very helpful and very patient and very kind and very friendly! I will not do business with another dentist except for Dr Rodriguez and her staff

Went there to have a broken filling fixed and they told me over the phone that my insurance will cover it. They take me to the back and then say they’re going to check my insurance. A few minutes go by and a woman tells me to come with her and then starts to discuss how I have to pay for my next visit to get my tooth fixed. Asked her if there was anything they could offer and she acted like I was stupid for asking (I’m starting to experience pain because the tooth is cutting me) I’ve been to dentist and even got surgery for my wisdom teeth and never had any issues with my insurance before. I wouldn’t be mad if they said I needed to pay for the appointment had they told me over the phone before I wasted my time coming in. Will be finding a dentist that can actually help me.

Changed my mind! Getting bills for things they said my insurance would cover. I might as well not have had insurance. Didn’t know until I found it on my credit report. Happened twice only caught it after the first.

A normal dental visit turned into a NIGHTMARE! I went for a clean in July 2023 and was given a recommendation by Dr Rodriquez to get a crown done. I scheduled to do it in August and she gave a temporary crown and told me to wait for the permanent one. The temporary crown was shaking so I went back to them to rectify the issue, and it was not done properly so It shook again 😓 almost falling off when I asked to see the crown there was NO glue 🧐 They told me they would build a temporary crown that won’t fall off again and will hold until the permanent was ready. This time they told the truth. I was fine UNTIL they called to say the permanent crown was ready. I went in and SUFFERED as they yanked,dragged,pulled and rattled to get the temporary crown off…. The ordeal was so excruciating 😣 I stopped the process and would not continue without getting the numbing injection, that they told me they NEVER usually give for the procedure, but I told them I didn’t care I NEEDED it❗️ To be BRIEF 😓😣They got the temporary crown off and in the process FRACTURED my tooth and placed the Permanent Crown over the Fractured tooth❗️which I later found as they tried not to see me and ghost me wanting to make an appointment. Sending me to root canal specialist when there wasn’t a need. They know they BROKE my tooth hence it’s not the permanent CROWN that’s shaking but my actual tooth under. Dr Rodriquez has refused to take responsibility to rectify the damage and told staff to tell me to go to a oral surgeon to pull the tooth that won’t grow back❗️to make matters worst is that I’m still paying for the CROWN monthly…. The crown is not damaged but my tooth underneath is and I’m left to figure out the next move and they’re unbothered. We’re all customers and The God I serve doesn’t sleep❗️One Star is too much to give them for ALL they Have and are urging me through in this holiday season. I’m sorry I ever went there and worst followed the recommendation just trying to take care of my overall health I’m with the WRONG people at the Apopka FLORIDA Coast Dental.
