The facility this doctor works in is absolutely horrible. Save your time and find someone else. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible. They will require you to come even though you simply need a referral to something they absolutely cannot help with. It would be 110% easier if you could just confirm your concerns with the care team and move it along instead of waiting 3 months to see a doctor who is going to send you to another doctor. This place is everything that is wrong with our healthcare system. It is an absolute shame that they run their facility the way they do simply because they serve those with Medicaid/Medicare. It’s almost like they tossed those people a bone and gave them the lowest of the low healthcare options possible. What an absolute joke.

One word to describe Dr. Farrell in my opinion is ARROGANT. The consult was three minutes and he seemed bothered to be dealing with my issues. I said I had a few health issues to discuss and was told to pick the "top two" because he "didn't have enough time." I came in with 100+ fire ant bites. I requested antibiotics and an ointment for the rash and itching. He told me I could get over the counter ointments. I responded that for the past seven months I've been unemployed and on bed rest due to Chronic Heart Failure stage 3. I advised him I didn't have any money to buy even rubbing alcohol. I had been using lemons because it's what I had on hand. I again requested the anti-itch ointment and he agreed to write a prescription for an antibiotic and a topical ointment. Once I arrive to the in-house pharmacy I'm told Dr. Farrell didn't write a prescription for ointment only antibiotic pills. The pharm tech sent a high priority email. Dr. Farrell responded 20 minutes later claiming I never requested ointment. Wow! He flat out LIED. Thankfully, the pharmacist took care of it and I was on my way but, not before I rescheduled my follow-up with ANOTHER physician. Dr. Farrell thinks he's better than the patients he treats!(My opinion based on my experience.)

He forgot about my last diagnosis with some chapping in my palms and proceeded to send me to a blood test which made no sense at all to me... how did this guy graduate? Is he just there to generate money?And why is Florida Blue sending me to him?Discount rates?

This man is not a doctor who cares, I waited over 2 hrs to see hm and it was a complete waste of time. Shame on you "Dr." Farrell....get your head and your heart in the game or get out of the medical field!
