Let me start by saying I felt really comfortable great service really professional they attended to me really fast answered all my questions especially Ashley she was sweet and patient I will definitely will be going again and 100% recommended to friends and family.

They never answer the phone and don’t have same day appointment for sick children. My child was sick and I couldn’t get ahold of them in 2 days trying to call them and no one answered the phone..

If I could give negative stars I would. This is THE WORST doctors office. Im not sure how they stay in business. They have the WORST customer service and they NEVER address your concerns. Finally when you apply pressure they half ass do something about it. I needed them to fix a referral they gave me since I could not book the appointment the way they ordered it. Its been 4 days countless calls and even spoke to a manager and its STILL NOT SOLVED They rather argue with you than just fix the damn paper I will never bring my kid back there. And I will be writing the BBB amp CFPB

I would like to start by saying today was my first time at this location and the team treated me with the upmost respect. They are by far the quickest friendliest cleanest and selfless pediatrics. I am glad I chose them to care for my children.

Dr De La Penia is a wonderful pediatrician. She is very attentive and follows through with all that we were set out to handle for my child. I do have to admit that it does take a little while before were seen. Other than that I have no qualms.

Ive never had a good experience at this office. The doctor dismissed my concerns repeatedly. He ignored my requests. I told him my daughter has had trouble breathing almost constantly since birth and her sinuses need looked at possibly her adenoids. The doctor literally rolled his eyes and told me to get otc allergy meds. I followed advice and still had the same issues and he still gave the same advice. I went to an urgent care where they immediately diagnosed my daughter with a sinus infection and gave her a prescription that cleared it up almost immediately. The urgent care also suggested I have her adenoids checked
