If there was an option to give that doctor any star I would. I feel discriminate. Horrible doctor!!

I have been seeing Dr Heriba as my primary care physician for over 10 years and have always found the Doctor and her staff to be helpful, polite, and professional. From general care, to referrals, to in-office procedures, I have had zero complaints, and only could have had better results if I had listened to her advice sooner! 10/10 would reccomend.

I’ve been going to Dr Heribas office for years since around 2020 and she always has been so kind , thoughtful and always trying to help me manage my health in the best way. She recently helped me thru a back injury where I could barely walk or sit for weeks. She helped me thru and was there for me when I needed a quick visit after months of not coming in. I really like how she treats any symptom or change with medications or tests but also encouraging lifestyle changes that will help long term . I also have to say her staff is so wonderful, so caring and patient especially Wendy, just love her. They are all great! Thanks Dr. Heriba

Doctor was 30min late and obnoxiously rude. I really don't get why she is so frustrated, but she was acting like I'm 5 y.o. kid who needs to be punished for bad behavior. I asked a simple question and she answered with: You're looking at your phone all day, so check it on app. I was shocked. She is making up some appointments that nobody needs because she has no patients and shows up at work whenever she wants. Skip this office and I will do the same in the future.

Me and my husband went there and they took 1 and half hour just to get us in. After so long wait and so much paper workZ when we finally got inside. The office was so messy and unprofessional as if they were running a restaurant. And finally even after apt they asked us to wait for another hours to finish the papers. I personally feel that the staff there don’t want the parients to come and disturb them. I am amazed that how this practice is up and running until today. Dr harkens ll never b there only the nurse practitioner ll do everything.

Great Dr. and Great staff .have never had to wait more than a few minutes .they care about you .

Love Dr Heriba. She is very concerned about a persons health. She has really saved my life 2 times in all the years I have been with her, which has been since 1989. Love the staff too. Love Dr Erika too.

I went the other day and was shocked by how bad this office is. The woman who took me back loudly announced she wasn’t a nurse, but then took my vitals, height, weight, etc. She got my height wrong by two inches, but when I tried to correct her she insisted she was right??? She made extremely disparaging remarks when asking for my gender and sexuality. Just casual homophobia is the norm, I guess. They tried to pressure/shame me into getting my pap etc. done even though I DID NOT ask for that when setting up my appointment, which really gave me bad vibes. There’s just crap and paper everywhere - things randomly taped to walls and all over unprofessional. The nurse practitioner who saw me seemed nice enough - I hope she gets out of there. I did what I had to to get Out as quickly as possible without conflict (including making a follow up appointment for blood work that it turns out I didn’t need but they just ordered for fun??? I confirmed this with my insurance today). This place screams insurance scam from top to bottom. I will not be back.

Dr. HERIBA is a godsend. She is a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. She is diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. The entire staff is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Heriba to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant doctor!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Heriba for several years . She is very caring and yet professional. She looks into every patients needs with total concern and knowledge. I would recommend her to all people who appreciate individual care. Her staff is the best. Everyone is courteous and very helpful, and friendly. I hope this helps someone looking for a good Dr and office to get established with . Maureen Love
