He Issues blanket consent forms, with his signature is unethical. .His Lack of follow up with family/essential caregivers , regarding treatment goals, treatment plan, medications, staff names and specialties deprives patients and their authorized representatives is a violation of Title XX1X Public Health Chapter 381 Public Health:General Provisions: 381.026 Florida Patient Bill of Rights and Responsibilities. His apparent plasid approval of apparent lack of initiative on the part of his employees is distressing. His lack of availability to patients authorized representatives is disheartening at best. I have concerns about his overall treatment of patients and their families in general. He is a rude and arrogant man with the bedside manner of a worlverine. If you think of going there, run as fast and as far as you can!! Don’t let your loved one be exposed to his apparent indifference.

Dr. Zeballos is a very great doctor. He has a lot of patience. He was very nice and answered all of my questions very proffesionaly. I think he was the best doctor I have ever spoken to. :)

I recently saw Dr. Zeballos in the hospital. I had some questions about my case and when I started asking him, he asked me if I had the internet and told me that it was a great tool to find the answers that I needed. While I agree that the internet can be a great tool, I am also aware that there is a TON of misinformation and a person could easily mistake as true and I don't believe it was very professional of him to give me that advice.
