My visit is for colonoscopy

I saw Dr. Desai for a colonoscopy and the entire procedure went very smoothly and the staff was pleasant and efficient. The Endoscopy Center ran like a well-tuned machine, with the nurses and the anesthesiologist performing their tasks seamlessly. I felt very well taken care of.

Dr. Desai is wonderful! A professional who made me feel comfortable and reassured. It is not easy to find a doctor these days who sits and speak with you in an office (not while you’re not on the exam table for the first time), answers questions patiently, and follows up with results almost immediately. I specifically chose this practice because of its independent nature. This felt like what a doctor’s visit should feel like. Dr. Desai gave me reassurance and was clear in his directives and plan. The office staff was welcoming and friendly and the process to check in was humanized - no kiosks or iPads. Might seem minor but made a huge difference to me. I have no interest in these big hospital groups that seem to have taken most of the human side out of medicine. I am so happy to have found Dr. Desai and this practice. You don’t want to “need” a doctor but you want to know when you do, you can actually speak to your doctor and see them when needed. Highly recommend!

Dr Desai was on time for my appointment, extremely pleasant with a good bedside manner, and very thorough. He was not rushed at all. I went for an ultrasound and within a couple of hours he had the results and immediately emailed them to me. I was able to schedule procedures easily and for within a couple of days. My experience with the center he uses was also positive. His office staff, as well as the procedure center staff, were all very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend him, and I already did!

Clean office, courteous staff, welcoming environment. Dr. Desai is very delicate with matters that can be sensitive and you can tell he cares about what he does and informing patients of the best treatment plan.
