I would never go there again. Not so much the DR. but the staff is incompetent. Screw up your appts, and leave you hanging. No refills on precriptions, and it's all their fault. I've already swiched to a new PCP. Worst experience ever!!! You know it's true Dr. Estrella. I certainly hope your incompetent receptionist has been fired by now! Fastest way to kill a practice.

Dr. Estrella is lazy and unconcerned with patients concerns onless you are old and half dead. ($$$)I do not recommend him even if you have Medicare. I'm sure you can find better GP care than him who won't write off your concerns. Not only would he not order a test I specifically asked for, their office called me the next day trying to refer me to a specialist that we never spoke about nor one that I needed. This is the most incompetent practice I have ever encountered.

Since I moved to Florida I've had many pcp's but the only one that has shown an incomparable level of professionalism and caring is Dr Estrella. He's been able to show compassion and knowledge in managing my health care needs. While being stern but flexible about my care.
