Dr. Bedney is the best! She listens to you and actually cares and wants to help in any way possible. My previous family doctors always rushed and I felt like a number to them but not Dr. Bedney you are a patient to her! Highly recommend.

I love Dr Bedney if you can schedule an appointment with her! Tried July 2023 was told next appointment available with her was 2/2024. If I was sick to go to urgent care or ER. Or they could refer me to another doctor!!! I'm disappointed and will be looking for a new primary care!

Awful bedside manner, Dr. Saddiqui is pretty rude, sarcastic. Pretty useless facility. Save yourself the time and find someone who truly cares. Better of going to the local clinic than this place.

Dr Bedney is fine but I have experienced several serious issues with the clinical care. First I was placed on 2 medications that were not compatible, I was told I shouldn't have been taking them together. How was I supposed to know this? Now all my medication dosages were changed without communicating with me about or reason for the change. When I called the office, which is very difficult to get through, I was told it was a mistake and they reissued the scripts. Now they told the pharmacy my script for one of my medications is not appropriate, with no communication to me. Very poor clinical practice. I don not feel safe with their care.

I see that another patient experienced the same as I last year. Jan. 25, 2023 will be a year since I've seen my doctor. I really like Dr. Bedney, but I also had to reschedule two times. I had to reschedule from August to December. Then I found out in December I had to reschedule to March 2023. Orders for my Mammogram with possible Diagnostic was not correct. Upon going to Advent Hosp. Ocoee-Apopka, I found out the order was incorrect, and I was fed up at this point. I went to the office because even the people in the office were messing up. I was given the results from the office at Apopka Women's Imaging stating exactly what I needed. Which was sent to my Dr. office as well. Upon going to the office to get the correct order for my mammogram, I was informed my appointment needed to be rescheduled from December 2022 with first available appointment in March 2023. It's totally unacceptable! Seeming as though I needed this work done before the end of the year, I scheduled with Dr. Jenkins. She was great. I'm deciding if I'm going to find another Dr. because I definitely need to see my Dr. more than once a year. My primary care is listed with Dr. Bedney. It's fine if she isn't available and seeing someone else, but if she's listed as my Dr. I should be seeing her at some point.

We've had incredible interactions with this office from day one. My mom had to wait a few months to see Dr Bedney because she was booked up but it was worth it. Her and the team at this location are so attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. They took their time with my mom and I, having actual conversations instead of just rushing through a standard appointment. Dr. Bedney raved about their new office manager as well and culture they are building, which feels extra important after the last few years. I'm thoroughly impressed.

So dissapointed!. I have not seen the doctor since March even when i scheduled my appointements two months ahead. Every appt was canceled this year for different reasons. Try to reschedule and needed to wait another two months to be canceled again. Not sure why this is happening at this office. I decided that if the primary doctor doesnt have time for me i do not want to be her patient anymore!!!

What a joke! I went for my annual physical and was billed for a doctor's appointment level 3 and annual physical. I have wasted hours on the phone and noone can give a answer of what I was diagnosed with. They bill you for speaking to doctor. Don't waste your time with Advent Health.

Dr. L. Bedney is awesome. My Dr before her left early for family emergency and Dr L. Bedney came in to see me since I was there waiting. That day was going to be my last day seeing the other Dr because I felt no connection and I was being brushed off. I liked the way Dr L. Bedney listens to me and my concerns. She didn’t brush me off. I feel comfortable talking to her and she gave me good advice that I’m still following till this day. She won’t just give you pills 💊 and say see me in the morning. She look into all alternatives and gave me good information before she gave me 💊. In all she very professional and a kind person. Thanks Dr. L. Bedney for all your help
