I highly recommend this physician! She's mine and my husband's PCP, and I sure hope she doesn't retire any time soon: she's very knowledgeable and keeps us well! If you need urgent care, this office provides that too with a good amount of hours! It's a win win!

Dr. Toochinda is amazing! She really takes the time to go through your health record, medications, and symptoms with you. She's not like those doctors who just give you a quick answer or do not within my expertise. If she knows something, she'll tell you, but if not, she'll be honest about it. The only downside is that sometimes you might have to wait longer than your scheduled appointment but trust me, it's totally worth it. I highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Dr. Toochinda for about 6 months. I really like her. She is very easy to talk to and seems truly concerned. I gave 5 stars because she is so good, but I am not too thrilled with ease of making an appointment. Often when I call, the phone is busy and the call drops. I have to be diligent with calling back to get through.

I recently had a new pt visit with Dr Toochinda at Hunt Club. I needed a new primary care Dr and saw reviews that she took time to listen to pts. I was very happy with our initial appointment, and felt confident in her skills and knowledge. I definitely felt like she heard me and understood what I was in need of. Recommended her to my family already

Went in for a wellness check. Got in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and even brought with me completed questionnaire that was on their website, and had to leave without seeing the doctor because they had me waiting over an hour, keep moving from one place to another. I think they over schedule, kind of makes you feel like another number.

Healthy gal, had routine check up. Being healthy and having normal blood work I inquired about results of blood tests. Dr. T said office only contacts if Results are Abnormal. I received 2 phone calls and one nasty letter saying that If I don't follow up I could have my health comprised. Follow up visit - Dr. T said all is fine and keep up the gup the good work. Called office 5x to request my $85.00 be refunded as there was no reason to have me come in again. Finally JoAnn ;said y blood results were abnormal. She said she could refile charges with insurance company and then refund my $85.00. But that visit was unnecessary and what would you bill me for? I showed up at the office first thing this morning as I was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen. The girl at the front desk refused to put be in as a walk in ... She was willing to give me an appointment 4 hours later which I couldn't make because of my work schedule. Never had a doctor's office be so rude and unwilling to help a patient. As they are my primary care I have no option but to wait until tomorrow when they can see me. If you can choose your primary care I would avoid this office .
