I waited for over a month for my appointment. His office called a few days before my appointment to say he was not accepting new patients (although they had previously confirmed my appointment) and said I needed to take an appointment with another provider. This other appointment with this provider would be an additional 45 wait on top of the 1 month I had already been waiting. So.... don't waste your time with this office, since they don't respect your time either!

I’ve only been here a few times since 2016 mostly bc of miscarriages and births. There is all new office staff and appt calls are via AdventHealth call center; the new staff and call center reps are completely obnoxious. After my 3rd hospital visit in two years for chest pain I tried following up with their office. The PA had an emergency and canceled my appt. and when I tried to reschedule I was told I didn’t need an appt. When I asked for a nurse to call me instead I got a call from Susanna who should not be allowed in healthcare, client relations or anything involving human interaction. I’ve had 10 surgeries in my life and never had such an awful medical experience.

When a Doctor has a score of less then 4.5 it is a clue to find another Doctor. There is Absolutely no reason to say Anything good about this Doctor!

He does not listen fully to your concerns. My mother suffered for many years because Black women get less care and more judgement. He wouldn't sign off for her to get a medical bed to help with her back and a motorized wheelchair to get around the house in, so she was stuck in bed 24/7. If you don't care about real help he's your guy but I suggest you find an observant and caring doctor somewhere else. Now she has passed on because the pain was too much.

I would not recommend going here I first had a negative experience a few years ago when I was on antidepressants and dr Ringenberg went on vacation when I needed my first refill so I went off my antidepressants cold turkey and it was such and awful experience I swore off antidepressants. This past year I got back on them and I told Dr ringenberg that I was hesitant since the last time and I got told that he would not let it happen again yet he has canceled two of my appointments now and had me reschedule them and not have any appointments till late December when once again my medication will be gone. I have now found a psychiatrist and will not be returning to dr ringenburgs office. I have heard from a friend as well that he canceled her appointments as well for needed medication refills. I would not recommend.

I went to see this doctor on June 24th 2021. The look on his face when he said hello was that of a tired person who don't want to be bothered. He was not pleasant and my first thought was that he should retire or do something different. I will not see this doctor again nor would I recommend him to my family or friends.

I have seen Dr. Ringenberg for years. He is very knowledgeable on medical conditions and very professional. I highly recommend him.

Spent years here going in a circle with my diabetes and the nonchalant attitude the Dr has with me for all those years. When I let my diabetes get out of control and did not realize I missed an appointment, I was dropped just like that. No warning either, like hey the next time you are gone, nope just dropped like a bad habit,
