They never answer the phones and the staff and when they do the staff doesn’t listen to you !

Ever since the first of 2020 it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phones. My Mom has called numerous times and been on hold for 40 minutes or more. Never gets anyone. I have tested them this morning because I wanted to see just how long it might take them to answer. I am currently at 46 minutes, with a continuous message rolling over and over again, saying “ please continue to hold, your call will be taken momentarily “. Fact is they never do get to you. If you want a call back they want you to pay them 1.25. Really, this is a primary care physician.

Terrible service you stay for ever on the line before someone picks up the phone. They accept new patient but deny you as a walk in. I need an MRI and medication with my insurance they accept but won’t give a appointment not before January 2020. I got referred from a co-worker, her name is Melissa she worked almost 18 year with the doctor. I need immediately a doctor ...

Con todo el respeto, te atienden sin el más sentido de atención y de ser escuchado, la doctora nadia me atendió pésimo y se lo deje saber y a mi esposa llego ahí para que la atendiera y el doctor perez le dijo que fuera otro día, mi esposa pidió hablar con la administradora y ella nunca llegó.... Pésimo servicio y falta de humildad

I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for almost 10 years. He is wonderful, as is Erik his office Manager. If I could by-pass the front office staff, I would have stayed as a patient. They are rude, spiteful and extremely unpleasant. It's like you're going to a community health clinic. Horrible attitudes. His staff does not represent the type of caring physician he is. I have so many examples, but will not post them here. Sorry Dr. Perez, I love you but I had to go somewhere else. This last experience in May 2020 was the last straw.

Dr. Roberto Perez is one of the most caring doctors that both my wife and myself have ever known. He was our family physican for many years when we lived in Apopka Fl. We now live in Jacksonville Fl. and realize after years of dealing with Doctor here, we wish so much that we still lived in Apopka so he could care for us now that our health is suffering.
