Not the best experience

Do not go here they do not care about you at all. Very rude front desk as she did not even let me finish talking before she put me on hold and did not ask anything health related. I was referred to go here from being in the ER last night. She immediately said they do not take my insurance and that I have to find another DR even though I do not care about insurance right now due to it being an emergency.

The person who answers the phones is very rude and disrespectful can only imagine how the rest of the staff is

I saw the dr in the hospital once when I was admitted then I was in real crisis and he was the most unprofessional dr I have ever seen. Then after spending nine days in the hospital he was asked to see me again and he was angry short words and as he walked out of the door he said well you can do whatever. The nurse witnessed the whole visit needless to say I will never see or be treated if that’s what you call it. WORSE dr ever.

I would not recommend this office. From the beginning I was not given all of the information that was needed for my procedure. It took a week for the doctor the call the pharmacy back to change the medicine. It couldnt be changed but the doctor never informed me. Nothing is timely and the person who answers the phone is very rude. Please go elsewhere.

I was going in for what United Healthcare cause a preventive colonoscopy which is free under my Wellness Womens Wellness program dr. Agarwal his wife who runs the office try to charge me $180 when United Healthcare called into the office mrs. Agarwal hung up on her this is what I am experiencing and unfortunately this exact same thing happened to my mother. Now as far as the doctor himself I had a colonoscopy 10 years ago and was very pleased unfortunately I had this exact same thing happened to me 10 years ago she tried to charge me before I could get in to get my results of the colonoscopy when dr. Agarwal walked out of his office and seen me literally in tears he called me back set me down turned around to his computer and said let me take this out of here hes always messing things up now if thats the case why does he have her there he is losing my business and others as well I think she is a scammer I think that the health care fraud department needs to be contacted in fact Im going to do that when Im done with this review something needs to be done this woman needs to be stopped and now I am out looking for a new doctor I cannot believe that she actually hung up on the United Healthcare Customer Service representative.

While the Doctor himself is a good doctor. This review is about his office their ethics.They overcharged for an appointment over a year ago per my husbands insurance EOB refuse to refund the money after multiple calls. Each call has an excuse as to why they cannot refund at that moment. They refused to sign for a certified letter requesting the refund.At this point the thought is the office is stealing from the Doctor most likely overbilling insurance companies hospitals Medicare etc. to line their pockets. Or the good Doctor himself is having major money issues.Ill change my post once they refund our money thats overcharged.

My husband Robert G Davis was admitted to Advent Health thru the ER department last Friday 04052019 Dr Agarwal appeared in his room Geoffrey realized he had done his baseline colonoscopy 56 years ago. What a blessing Dr Agarwal is. He scheduled performed his colonoscopy this time after careful deliberation he concluded that R Geoffreys had ulcerative colitis. He went out of his way to comfort R Geoffrey. Released him 04102019. Thank you
