Bassam Altajar's Online Review Report Card

I called his office last week over an appointment that I think I missed, I wanted to speak with someone but I got there voice mail and left a message to return my call. And just like before, no return call. Front desk help have no respect and aren't friendly at all. First visit I seen Dr A. Maybe for 15 minutes if that, he seemed to hurry me out. Since then, Dr Z. Shes caring an kind.Dr office has no online portal to review your records or care. I left my Bradenton cardiologist office that was respectful and caring, who reminded me of appointments and always returned calls, with a patient portal because this office is much closer for me. I will be changing back next week.

Dr. Altajar;I came across you on here, as I was searching the web 😁I will say that it has been many, many years ago when i had the pleasure of meeting you, your wife and your baby girl S.I do remember clearly how diligent you were at your young age with your studies and your professionalism.And as the professional you are today, i would recommend you blindly.Truly wish you ALL the best!Best regards to You and the family!Corrie

This doctor is a joke I would not recommend my dog to him I’ve been seeing dr altajar for over a year and I felt he wasn’t doing his job properly so I went and got a second opinion and he got all butt hurt and told me he could no longer see me nor could I have my pacemaker check ups in office he is a sorry excuse for a doctor

Not even a year ago I saw Dr.Altajar for the first time,he took alot of time with me .The Dr was polite had empathy explained my PH and Heart Regurgitation to me.I felt comfortable which is important along with bedside manners...and he has a sense of humour which everyone needs and he knows my lung specialists in Sarasota which is a plus!I highly recommend Dr.Altajar!Plus he's easy on the eyes...😊Everyone in the office is so nice Juliet is really great!Thank you!😊I want to go for a check up but with this Pandemic it's scary especially dealing with PH.I think,I'm the only one who wears. a mask in Arcadia!😕Thank You Dr Altajar !😊Stay Safe Everyone😷

This doctor's appointments are scheduled for every 15 minutes. A person with a heart problem is expected to discuss this kind of problem in 15 minutes. I guess a heart attack might require a little more time than 15 minutes, but after my experience, I expect that person would be thrown out anyway...have to keep to the 15 minute schedule to keep taking in the big bucks.DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR if you want a caring, kind physician.

Very happy with Dr. Altajars office and staff, I am always treated with care and respect. He is always extremely thorough. He takes the time to answer any questions I may have and shows genuine interest. I would recommend Dr. Altajar very strongly to friends, family,or anyone ho is looking for a doctor.

I have had the pleasure of attending appointments to Dr. Altajars office with my signifigant other, I was very impressed with his office appearance and the care and friendliness of his entire office staff. While caring for an elderly parent,I found that often, Doctors don't take the time to listen to the concerns of their older patients. This is definitely not the case with Dr. Altajar. He takes time with his patients and genuinely cares. I would absolutely refer friends and family members .

Dr. Altajar is very caring, knowledeagble and listen to you. he persist and investigate until he gets to the bottom of your issue. Thank you for all you have done for me and for being there for your patients.

Dr.altajar is the best cardiologist. I am a nurse and you can say picky about my docs and bedside manner and He has it all. Not to mention when my mother a snowbird needed to get back on track with her medications he stepped right up. And he made sure she understood it all. I can't think him enough.
