Staff is very unprofessional when it comes to acknowledging patients or even interacting with them. Set appointments for a time and was not seen for a whole hour and a half after that time

Dr Fuentes and his staff are amazing! And Joanne is such a wonderful nurse! I highly recommend them! They are very professional, knowledgeable, calm, collective, and reassuring, ESPECIALLY for a first time mother like myself! He listens to you and your concerns. They are quick and precise, office and equipment are always clean. I couldn’t have chosen a better OBGYN!

Dr. Fuentes is a phenomenal doctor Our previous obgyn retired and I was nervous about having to find a new doctor to deliver our fourth little one. But my fears quickly subsided when we met Dr. Fuentes. He is not only knowledgeable but cares about his patients In the delivery room he is a great coach encouraging and professional I have yet to meet someone who has anything negative to say about him. All of the nurses and staff we have encountered rave about how polite and considerate he is as well. It’s rare to find a doctor who is a great doctor and has a good bedside manner but Dr. Fuentes is just that His nurses and staff helped take great care of us and went above and beyond at each visit. We are forever grateful to him and his staff in the Arcadia office for helping safely deliver our fourth princess into this world

Doctor Fuentes and the staff are absolutely amazing I am so thankful for them helping me through my very first pregnancy taking such good care of me. And I cant thank Dr. Fuentes enough for safely bringing my baby girl into the world.

Since August I have been trying to get an appointment to be seen for a REFERRAL my first appt scheduled 3 weeks after calling was cancelled by the office the day before because the dr was no longer ‘in network’ with my insurance type Was rescheduled for an entire month out still for the same REFERRAL received in August Then the ‘office manager’ was supposed to call with a sooner appt since i was to be seen for a referral and the screw up wasn’t mine and here we are 12 days later and she’s NEVER in the office and I haven’t heard a word YET
