Do Not waste your money here . They can not keep their doctors -Huge Red Flag! Had my first of 3 PRP injections (for hair loss) by Waters Edge dermatologist. Now that this doctor has also left the practice ,Waters Edge is telling me I need a whole new consultation . NO I DO NOT !! I need them to honor the contract that I agreed with , with their doctor ,who Waters Edge hired. Waters Edge now wants to charge me more money for my next 2 injections, which by the way if I stop going I wasted $450.00 for the first injection. Not sure on most of you ,but that's a lot of money to waste . It is not my fault they can not keep doctors , However I am not hiring the doctor ,I am hiring Waters Edge Dermatology. They, not I, should be working to make sure I receive my next 2 treatments, as I was told need to be done every 4 to 6 weeks to be successful . I am now at 7 weeks because of their incompetence. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I'll keep posting my run around . Spoke with Watersedge district manager, now my treatments will go from $450 per treatment to $700 and she said each dr gets to charge whatever they choose, again , not my fault they can not keep drs . I kept my commitment why cant they. Total rip off!!!
