Never can be reached voicemail always ?? full doesn't answer calls or messages. The wait for your appointment is approximately 3 to 4 hours in the office and sometime you find out she hasn't even arrived. Extremely irritated to say the least !

The office is a mess, the appointment are never on time, it is hard to talk to somebody over the phone, according to the laboratory she ordered a prostate blood work for my aunt.

My mother appointment was scheduled at 3:00 PM. I arrived at the location at 2:30 PM with my 90 years old grandmother and my 72 years old mother. We waited until 5:30 PM, then we were placed in a private room to wait for Dr. Cantrell to arrive and examine my mother. Meanwhile Dr. Cantrell was seeing patients who were scheduled and arrived at the facility after us. After complaining to Dr. Cantrell regarding the issue, I was asked by her to leave the building without without seeing my mother.

She is aways 3-4 hours late and makes you wait for hours before she gets there. She has no office staff and practice is very disorganized. Definite language barrier!

Dr Cantrell spends a lot of time with patients, but there is no follow-up. You have to harass staff members for lab results or scans. I love how much time she spends with patients but what's the point if there is no result. She also makes patients wait for hours. And it seems to be because she is doesn't value their time rather than she's too busy. For example sometimes scheduling appointments before she is even in the office.
