Dr. Fernandez was amazing! She was so understanding of my nerves during my first appointment with her, and clearly explained everything that was going on. Sometimes doctors speak in a way that is hard for normal people to understand, but she was so amazing! I felt very comfortable with her and am excited to see her again in the future!

My appt was scheduled for 4pm but because I was a new patient I was told to be there at 3:45. I showed up to my appt and was told by the front desk they would have to reschedule. I advised thats not what I was told and she said there is a lot of paper work and I said I filled everything out online and was advised there was more. I just drove 45 minutes (orange park) and allocated my schedule to make it here and be told to "reschedule" when I was told in correct information. That is poor customer service across the board. I told her I will find a new Doctor as this was not my mistake, but there's. whats sad is I use to be patient here 15 years ago and all my information was still in the system. If it requires that much paper work, processes need to change as well as finding competent staff who can advise correct information. No need for an email back!

She's a great doctor. Followed her from early 2000's up to now. Thanks for the great care!

Dr. Fernandez is amazing. However I’ve been calling all week to verify my appointment and I shave not gotten an answer AT ALL. That’s really disappointing and pushing me to find another OBGYN.

She’s absolutely the sweetest individual you could ever meet. She’s a great, but yet a exceptional doctor. You’ll love her once you’ve met her. By the way…..she has the best team staff.

This woman decided that since I am disabled, my quality of life doesn't matter. I came in for a consultation on a hysterectomy as the blood loss directly results in being severely weakened for up to 2 weeks. I have preexisting health conditions, obviously, but the ones influencing the dangers of surgery are all extremely well controlled right now. Without bothering to examine me in any way request my charts from my doctors ect. She denied my request after saying "if you don't do anything why does it matter if you can function" needless to say I never went back, and have already found another doctor at a better reviewed practice,more than confident I am healthy enough for the surgery and willing to treat me.

Very unhappy experience. Dr. Fernandez repeatedly gave me incorrect information about test results that could have greatly impacted my course of treatment if I was not on top of my own care. Just to be clear - the test results were in her possession but she gave me erroneous information as if she had never looked at them. She disclosed test results in hallway to me which was a HIPAA violation and when this was addressed with her she minimized it. She ran a blood work test that cost me out of pocket close to a $1,000.00 and then told me the results didn’t matter. The entire experience was what I would consider sub par care, unethical and full of medical errors that could have resulted in significant costs and mistreatment.

100% Recommend . She is the best . I’m glad to have her as my gynecologist, she is on top of everything . Thanks for everything you do for your patients.
