This office is a total joke, they pick and choose what clients to take, they make you do a questionnaire and if they don’t like you, even though you have insurance and have No medical problems and they have openings, they will refuse to take you as a new patient just because of your race or something about you they don’t like! What a joke!

I’ve been a patient for years - he delivered my baby & is amazing. The front office staff is beyond rude. I had an appointment & was canceled the same day due to the provider having an emergency - the lack of respect for my time was pathetic- they are too busy couldn’t care less. I called to cancel the future appointment - wasn’t canceled, still got a reminder call for it. They need customer service training- as a patient & a grown adult I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Did a horrible job on son's circumcision. Continued to say it just needed time. Then tta changed to, we will have to wait to correct it and u will have to pay to fix it. Went to another surgeon who wouldn't come out and say it but hinted this isn't first time...

I couldnt even make my appoinment cause the people in the front Office are pretty rude and disrespectful.. dont even know how to great someone or explain nothing they just give you an over the top price and hang up the phone.. wonder how many patients they have lost cause of them ! was looking forward to work with them! Shame !

The woman in finance/billing is very rude. Sorry it’s true. I left here for this reason. My experience with Kristen the doctor was great. I would recommend her. However, this review is for the mean lady in billing the reason I left. Thankfully I found an office where all around patients are treated better from the front office staff to the back office staff and I no longer feel like I’m being taking advantage of financially.

Doctor Rebenack is great love him his so caring Dr. Quinones is very nice too, their staff are so great i would recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to this office for over 7 years and always have a wonderful experience. Dr. Rebenack is an amazing doctor! Everyone in the office is so kind. Sara, the billing person, even knows my kids’ names and asks about them whenever I am in the office. They are organized and efficient. Such a delightful docotr’s office!!

My wife and I do not understand the reviews about the office staff. They have always been very polite, helpful, yet professional. Remember, you are not their only patient. As for the doctors and Kristen the PA, they are amazing. Very knowledgeable and informative. We honestly believe that we picked the very best in Northern Florida. Thank you to each of you, David Cook and Lauren Shinn - Cook.

This is the best office I’ve ever been too! I love Melissa and Doctor Rebenack who delivered my first baby. All the staff is very sweet and professional, I’m not going anywhere else lol
