Dr. Trejo is the cardiologist for my husband and I was so impressed with his attention to detail and his interest with all aspects of my husband's health that I decided to ask him to be my cardiologist as well. I am delighted with his care and his desire to address all parameters that play a role in my heart health. He attentively listened to my weight management struggles and suggested potential strategies to achieve success. I just had blood work done by my Gyn doctor and was congratulated on how well things look. I highly recommend Dr. Trejo.

Very negative experience in all aspects ie knowledge, attention to detail, rude, poor follow thru. I am a physician and have seen cardiologist before . Looking at the training listed it does not appear that he is a board certified in Cardiology

Allowed me to walk out of the office with a potassium of 6.2 mEq/L post MI & numerous medications. When questioned about the elevated potassium he became defensive. Action nothing but to tell me to come back in a year. Ask me to call for an appointment since they did not book that far in advance. Look up the possible sequel to high potassium levels. I was aghast at this indifference to a serious problem

Dr. Trejo-Gutierrez is an excellent cardiologist. I am a nurse practitioner, but I did not make him aware of that. I was just another patient on his schedule at the end of a busy very day for him. He was genuinely interested, kind, patient and thorough in assessing my cardiology needs. His clinical diagnostic decision was excellent as well as his plan of care.
