Needs to have a decent administrative front office staff handling customers with care for this practice to run well. I left after 10 years there, what does that tell you about how rudely I was treated? If you care about your patients and your practice, do yourself a favor and pay attention up there, its not good stuff.

He might be great but the front office makes or breaks a medical group and the front desk of JFK INTERNAL MEDICINE is the absolute pits. If you want continuity of care, you will NOT get it dealing with their cancellations if you are 11 minutes late (after navigating through a large group of elderly ortho patients on the floor below and terrible parking!) so there is zero chance for continuity of care if you even like one of the interns that you get assigned to. Front desk will be sure that you are rescheduled with someone else and will do it like animals, rude as possible and laugh while doing it. Super unprofessional, not a care for any patient. Blames HCA for the rule but no other HCA facility I deal with has a 10 minute or cancel rule, not one. Meanwhile you wait up to an hour for a teledoc call and sometimes longer if there is someone in the lobby. Once waited an hour! My cancellation occurred with an empty lobby, probably because everyone before me got cancelled too! If the interns ask you to come in in person, say NO!

I've been going to this facility for 13 years now every month! Very very happy obviously! I love my doctor and I love the staff, everyone is very efficient and friendly! See you next month!

Dr. Fischer is the best doctor I have ever had. He is professional as well as warm and caring. He makes you feel as if your are a special patient. I give him the highest rating.

Dr Fischer is great and responsive. The office is another story. They seem to hire incompetents who don't care. I have been told by appointment setters that I could not get a yearly physical after not being seen for 2 years due to covid...... and just recently that I couldn't make an appointment because all of my blood work was with-in standard parameters. She didn't use those words....doubt she could spell it. The web portal is never functioning correctly I guess HCA doesn't care.

Have been on eternal hold with your office, just to book an appointment for my son. Very frustrating, no one answers your phone at your office.

Cannot even to make an appointment to see the doctor. This is ridiculous to wait on the phone and no one answer. Website said you can make appointment online but there are no time and date available within the next 60 days!
