My husband and I have had excellent experience as long as we have lived in Florida, over 40 years. Don’t remember the first time we had an appointment with him.

Absolutely the most frustrating office to work with. 6 months process to get something done and still haven’t. Probably one of the worst if not the worst in communication. No one answers your call, doesn’t return call in a timely manner. Get multiple calls from different people in the office while not being on the same page. Get promises of quick call back to only have to call back and leave voicemails after voicemails to receive a response. You just get a feel as no one wants to help and it’s just another job. I had high hopes because they came highly recommended. But every step is a long drawn out process to. Giving 2starts only because I had hopes. When you eventually get there they are very good at seeing you and make sure you are gone pretty fast which makes you wonder

I was a new patient. At my first visit, Dr never discussed my medications, nor my past medical history. He didn’t even notice that I was wearing a heart monitor. He ordered a test then never called with results, in spite of my 3 phone calls & my leaving a message on his portal over a period of 2 weeks.

I was referred to him from my doctor’s office for a routine colonoscopy. The appointment took two months to see him. After procedure, was told I have extensive diverticulosis. Have been trying to call office and emailing for some diet direction, but so far have not heard a thing. His office has standing room only and just too many patients.
