The worst both providers and office staff! I would not recommend them

THIS DOCTOR SHOULD LOSE HER LICENSE. Took my granddaughter to her after the child was vomiting for 4 days and not able to poop. First visit they blamed COVID despite a NEGATIVE test taken twice. Baby got worse and on the second visit SHE TOLD MY DAUGHTER THAT CONSTIPATION CAUSES FEVER!!!!!. That's what an idiot says when she doesn't know medicine. Results..... baby was taken to the ER for medical treatment. Something that this doctor should have done 24 hour before. This doctor is DANGEROUS and should not be practicing medicine. DO NOT EVER GO TO SEE THIS DOCTOR. FIND A SMART ONE AND AVOID THIS OFFICE

The best pediatrician out there!

Recently my pregnant wife and I were exploring the important decision of choosing the right pediatric office for our soon-to-be born daughter. One of the 4 offices we decided to personally visit before making the big decision was J.F.K. (Just For Kids) with Dr Barbara Chamberlain. We both took a 2 minute tour of the facility and Dr Barbara Chamerlain spent about 5 minutes selling us on choosing her and her facility. We asked several questions and left. We later found out that this office billed our insurance company over $600 and tried to bill us for the visit as well. If that wasn’t enough, when we later confronted the office regarding this situation, they were stubborn, rude, defiant and would NOT explain why they illegally tried to collect money. They absolutely tried to avoid it. THIS IS NOT ONLY COMPLETELY REPREHENSIBLE but shows a SYSTEMATIC PROBLEM in business practices and insurance fraud. Absolutely NO services were rendered at any time. NO medical advice was given. This was NOT an outpatient visit. Our baby has not been born yet. This was a quick “MEET AND GREET” just as every normal pediatric office does with potential parents, nothing more. This was a TOTAL DISGRACEFUL SCAM. This is EXACTLY WHY our insurance rates are always going up. I cannot overstate the purposely misrepresented claim by this doctor and her staff and equally horrific way of handling it. This is very serious as well as unlawful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP!!!

She has been our Doctor since JFK pediatrics opened. Love her!

I swtched both my daughters to this practice and to Dr. Chamberlain back in 2006 when the other practice we had gone to for years was becoming like a drive-thru pediatrics. I wanted a more personal and one on one doctor for my children and she was exactly that! The staff is incredible....all of them. They move like lightning when a problem arises and they are efficient and effective at dealing with insurance companies. Dr. hamberlain is thorough and truly cares about my kids. They love her. My one daughter is now 21 and at the top age she can be seen by tue practice... :(. I am glad that my youngest can have three more years of excellent care with Dr. Chamberlain and the whole staff at JFK Pediatrics. She is the best!

These women who work her are so rude: when you call for information or just to make an appointment, its if as they hate there job: you hear muffs and its not a friendly" hello how may i help you" It is a : "hold" got somebody in front of you klick. please some people need a class in how to treat patients because with out our children they wouldn't have a job. and my 3 children don't like the staff they like the Dr. Barbra chamberlain .but hate the staff

The person Liz who does referrals and works in the office is extrememlt rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me several times, put me on hold indefinetly and refuses to do her job in a timely manner.

I recently moved to Florida, and I am glad to choose Dr. Chamberlain. My daughter loved the staff as well as the doctor.. of course she hated the staff. Nice, playful environment for the kids and quick check ups. Perfect for on the go parents.
