My husband has 28 years old and is in pain almost for 10 years , he was scheduled for endoscopy on 06/7 and when i called today, they cancelled because couldn’t locates my husband and they did not text him, however i went with mu husband and i singned for hippa form and emergency contact but they lost all that info . The other part is that we recived a bill from the first visit and when i called billing department they asked for copy of my husband’s insurance card because they lost it from the first visit, and the dr leon is going on vacation so they gave me appt for September

The office staff is very nice. However, the care I received for my continual gastric issues fell very short. I was new to the office in 2023 and had to wait 12 weeks for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. After seeing Dr Leon's nurse Janet I was extremely dissatisfied with her help for suffering of over 20 yrs with pain and discomfort. There are plenty of other tests that could have been performed , some even in office, just by abdominal palpitation and a gloved hand. These were not done. No enzyme bloodwork was done to check for other organ issues. She didn't look at my other organs such as pancreas problems. I wasn't even examined or touched. She just wanted to put me on meds I'd been on that hadn't worked before. That's the definition of insanity to keep doing the same thing and expecting different results! Love for Dr Leon to see this and contact me! It's not always just your stomach or colon that's the issue. No one could think outside the box. Very discouraging.

If there were more stars you would get them you guys were amazing. Y'all are going to be my doctor for the rest of my life I'm sure of that. Because I'm staying in Florida and hopefully y'all will do the same. Thank you very much for my procedure it was amazing everything went like it was supposed to be everybody was so nice and kind and it was just an amazing experience. Thank you very much
