They take very good care of my mother and all the nurses and doctors are so friendly and warm. Very caring environment with positive energy.

Love my doctor. Staff is incredible on the worst of all levels. Getting through on the phone is a joke has been for several months. And if youre lucky enough to get through the message is not passed on.I have been coming here almost 4 years. It used to me amazing and then there was a huge turn over it hasnt ever been a pleasant experience since.Ex They did my vitals drew blood sat me back in the waiting room as there was no patient room avail yet. Ok fine.. not a problem at all. After a short wait two people were called. The first one Mrs. me Young. Ok whatever. The first woman was greeted I was told You can go to 5. And I walked myself back to the patient rooms to find 5.This isnt the first time or even the second but it is definately the last. Ill die before I subject myself to this nonsense again..

My experience at Florida Cancer Specialists has been nothing but top nothing but top notch Dr Pelez is excellent in every every way brilliant personable has a way to talk to you about your diagnosis in a upfront manner that makes you feel very comfortable and describes your treatment in detail staff is very professional and warm the all have a positive attitude far from what I ever thpught it would be like at a Cancer center the nurses are special in the field of oncology and treat you like gold I would recomend this center to anyone facing cancer or any other branch of blood disorders

Doctor doesnt listen to my worries my questions he shrugs them off. Also one of the front staff was quite rude to me once and I noticed she was to another woman when I was sitting in the waiting room talking behind her back but the woman heard her and told her a thing or two. Very unprofessional and I believe she is the office manager the one with the accent.
