My experience was great from the ER until my discharged day. From nurse Jojo ER nurse and my floor nurses Nikki Brittany my Pca Chiquita I hope I spelled her name right they all were wonderful and Dr Lawrence was great. Thank you all for what you do❤ my name is Veronica ReedRiddick

I give it two stars cause the staff where nice and great the first time I was here in 2018 with MRSA but the second time was last year and it was during lock down and I had pneumonia and was put on the COVID floor with positive patients when I tested negative 2x and the cleanliness was a 0. They left dirty sheets in the room and there wasn’t even a phone or food tray table to eat off. The room was clearly NEVER cleaned after the last patient and it’s disgusting as well as not sanitary.

Service was horrendous.The nurses were not attentive Had a knee replacement and was left in a chair over 212 hours . Had to go to the bathroom and no one came. Kept yelling hello hello no one came . It got so bad i urinated 2x in my pants.Was given wrong medication by a nurse and when i was transferred to a rehab they did not send the complete set of medication. If you care about yourself or your loved ones do not go. It is a death waiting to happen. This is just an example of what the medical profession has become Not doctors or nurses but providers. Very scary. They just do not care. Vets are more qualified than these people. Giving it 1 star is to good. Should be 0.

My mom was admitted to JFK twice in a two week period. The level of care and concern for her overall health by the entire medical staff gave my family a peace of mind. I was very impressed with the customer service we received. From the front desk receptionist who were always professional pleasant and helpful to nurse Lucy and JoJo and the nurse who dance and song happy birthday to her on the day she was admitted Thank you all for taking such excellent care of our mom.

This was a horrific experience. The two doctors I came in contact with were so strange and one just gave me a lecture politically. The man nurse was so passive aggressive. He acted like he was really nice but he really is not. I would love for him to lay in that bed and I can do what he did to me. The doctor said I should be in the hospital and never put me there. This place is a joke if you value your life don’t go there. This was the JFK emergency room Boynton Beach on jog Road. The man Nurse I’m told is a fire fighter as well.
