Dr. and staff have a "god" complex. I thought they were having a bad day, but after several visits, I found out that that's how they are in person and by phone. They talk to you as if they're doing you a favor. We, the patients, are technically paying customers who want and deserve good care all the way around.

He might be a good doctor, but he's conceited and arrogant as well as his staff. I'd rather have a good doctor with good bedside manners.

I am in my 60s, last year I was hospitalized with damaged kidneys I had gotten in a fall at home. at JFK doctors were having a hard time finding out just what was wrong with me but Dr Guzman and his team quickly diagnosed me. I was swelling up terribly with water and after four kidney dialysis treatments and Dr.Guzman and his team stopping in every day sometimes twice to check on me I was out of the hospital in 2 weeks and fine. He and his team saved my life.

Dr. Guzman has been my doctor for over ten years. He is caring, knowledgeable, listens, and his office staff is very helpful also. Additionally, his partners are also great when he is unavailable or away. Great doctor and practice.
